An Upside down Crescent Roll

You have to admit that these little treasures are just

down

right

pretty.......:>)

Little PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN TARTS

I was so scared that when I turned these out of the muffin tin, I would be havin' a
train wreck  in the kitchen....
just knew they might stick....but, they came right out, just like they were supposed to.

....don't they look delicious !!!

Just like a Pineapple UPside Down Cake...

Pamed muffin tin
a little butter in each cup
sprinkle BROWN SUGAR
add a bright red CHERRY
a spoonful of CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
a few pecans
************
lay a piece of CRESCENT roll over each cup
and slide into a 400 oven until golden brown.

I am sooo ashamed to say that I can't remember which blog I got this amazing recipe from.
If it was YOURS, please let me know so I can add your link.

Believe me....they TASTE even better than they LOOK....

Now, if you will excuse me.....

I've got some EATIN' to do......

What a GREAT recipe!!!

If you were to put them in little white cupcake liner papers they'd be super nice for a tea party, too.

And these would taste great year 'round!

Thanks, BJ- appreciate the idea!!

I’ve got to try this idea bj. These little upside down muffins look delicious and I know would be great with coffee on the veranda for breakfast. Glad you are getting a break with some cooler mornings. It’s beautiful here this morning, cooler and the sky is October blue. I still can’t figure out where summer went, I’m so not ready for fall. I need to hustle.........
Have a great week.
