I WON..!!...a Giveaway that really MEASURES UP.....

 Hello, folks...

I was busy this morning, cleaning mirrors and glass doors when the doorbell rang....

I love how the delivery men in that infamous brown truck leave packages in my PORCH SWING....(see my beautiful fern ...)

I won a giveaway a couple weeks ago and since I'd been SOOO anxious to get the package, I had been watching for it...
.....from MICHELE at  Finch Rest blog .

I was pretty sure THIS was my win.

Indeed it was...

Meet the cutest set of glass teacup measuring cups you'll ever meet..!!

I fell in love instantly...
PIER 1 IMPORTS has the most wonderful things....
and these are no exception.

How colorful....
 and who WOULDN'T love
BUTTERFLIES
in their kitchen.

Can't you just see how adorable these are going to be
nestled in flour, sugar...
in those clear glass canisters.??
meee, too !...

.....and SO ARE THESE !!

OK....now I need to BAKE something .....
hmmm...what shall it be....???

OOO.... I know.....

let's bake CHOCOLATE CHIP PECAN CRANBERRY COOKIES...
sooo good with that first cup of coffee in the  morning....
(yep, I just adore cookies in the morning)

(O...a recipe..?? Just add a handful of pecans and cranberries to your  favorite Cho.Chip Cookie recipe.)

Cute measuring cups! I saw some similar to yours at Hobby Lobby the other day 50% off, I may need to go back & buy them. Your fern is beautiful! How often to you fertilize?

Measuring teacups...what a darling ides. I'll bet that we could create some pretty cute ones by picking up random one of a kind cups in antique stores and marking them with bake safe glass paint. Very cool! Cherry Kay

Oh those are just too cute...I would put them under a cloche...and then put all your colorful cupcake papers in an apothecary... and then maybe an old scoop sitting by...voila, a vignette!

I've never seen tea cup measuring cups...how cute! I have some Boston Ferns in a couple of pots in my back yard, but I also have them growing all over my yard. I know I could have some lovely hanging baskets of Boston Ferns, if I would only get out there and dig some up to put in the hanging pots, then hit them with some Miracle Gro regularly! It's just that it's been so rainy and so hot here in Florida. Seeing how beautiful yours is makes me want to push myself to just do it! A cookie sounds so good right now. Enjoyed your post...thanks!

Those cookies look delicious! Always fun to have something tasty to bake! I bake a lot in the winter but yesterday my oldest daughter baked a three layer red velvet cake for her hubby! Did she bring any to her poor momma! NO!
HeeHee! Have a beautiful week!
