THE SISTERS OF THE BLOGGERETTE SORORITY RUSH

 Last year, I became a
SISTER
in the BLOGGERETTE SORORITY
and it was so much fun doing our first
RUSH...
We had 2 requirements...
THE FIRST:
Use this photo of these ADORABLE LADIES
in some sort of crafty way.
Well, being the only one in our SORORITY
that is CRAFTYLESS,
I had to find a way to use the photo in a good enough way that
all the other ladies wouldn't KICK ME OUT ON THE STREET..
When I looked at my vintage white platter with the awesome BLACK AND WHITE around it,
I KNEW how cute this was gonna be.
I made a large copy of THE photo and glued it to my platter.
Since I would use this platter strictly for decoration,
I didn't put any kind of  coating over it.
I put a few pretty peaches on the SORORITY PLATTER
and a few good cookies, just to take their picture.
 Yes, I know....
this is not considered CRAFTY...
but I wanted to play so bad,
and, besides, I think it's
so stinkin' cute !!
 FUN FUN FUN

oh, yeah...
the SECOND thing we had to do was show our project with a photo of our silly self....!!
AIN'T LIFE GRAND !!
;>)
I TELL YA...I am having so much fun blogging...
I JUST LOVE IT ...EVERY BIT OF IT !!
***********
Our second RUSH is today, MAY 18TH...
Because my printer is broken and I couldn't make another picture of THE GIRLS
to do another project,
I was allowed to use my first Rush photos.
THANKS, DEBI
I can't wait to see all the other sistahs and their RUSH project.
Hope everyone has a marvelous day.
xoxo bj

I love your plate and think you did a phenomenal job!

I think that idea with the platter was genius! I have two left thumbs when it comes to crafts lately. I used to do so many things, but carpal tunnel and nerve damage has done me in! So a-shoppin' I will go! xo,

I was gone last year and didn't get to play along. This year...I missed the notice (or forgot about it if I did know). I'm for sure going to be kicked out of the group! You aren't the only non-crafty person, believe me. I'm a nightmare with thread, glue, paint...and so on.

You're a hot Lady! Sounds like fun; not very good with crafts anymore; used to love it, but...

Now BJ you know you are crafty. Look at all the flower arrangements and tablescapes you have done. Now that is crafty. I had done the Bloggerette rush last year but had not been following along. Guess I will hop over and see if they will take me back. Love that platter. I am fond of that picture.

Hi BJ...I finished the lids for you, but when I went to the garage to get the box, it was gone - - yes, my darling hubby threw it out, so, can you email me your home address?? That man has to stop picking up after me ~ haha!

I missed RUSH again?
Well, I was an independent in college and may be destined to continue that role in life.

I wish I had your energy and enthusiasm for life. Never believe you are not creative.
