A SALSA YOU WON'T SOON FORGET

OCTOBER...BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH
************************************************************
This is some of the best salsa...
...the recipe belongs to BETH at FOOD AS ART
and when you go over to get her recipe, would you tell her bj  said HEY....?
Good and fresh veggies...
and several cans of ROTEL tomatoes..
soo flavorful...
...oh and lime gives it that OVER THE TOP kick....
*
BETH suggests that you serve BLUE CORN CHIPS with it,
and I did....all 3 times I have made it....so far !!
*
I don't like the taste of beer but MR. SWEET likes one every now and then...especially
with spicy foods..
I like a 'rita ever so often...
but my still favorite drink....BLACKBERRY WINE..
EVEN with spicy..
*
A favorite bread from our market...
*
A grilled 3 cheese sandwich with the
salsa and blue chips...
DELICIOUS!!
*
...fresh pears
topped off our sweet meal.
**
Now....go make some of this SALSA...and shout  'OLE !
*
I've made 3 batches of this, BETH...and have the ingredients to make some more .
THANKS for the recipe..

I'm liking your pictures where you're spraying water on the fruit or veggies! Very photogenic!!
Be a sweetie,

BeeeeeeJ,
The salsa looks great! I will have to try it. We try to meet with a couple, on Sunday afternoons somtimes, if we are all free for wine and snacks at our local winery. This would be good to take!

I love salsa, but as much as I love blue, I do not care for those chips. Shh! don't tell.

Happy Blue Monday, BJ!

Mornin' bj, We do love good salsa. I have never made it myself. This looks pretty easy and it sounds delicious. With your stamp of approval, I'm in. Smile.

Mmmmmm, pears. My sister has a tree full. I am going to make pear preserves. You know how I love to make preserves. I give them to people I love. I wish we lived closer because you are one of those people.

Have a wonderful day.
Love, Jeanne
