Hi, All
All of my ST. PATRICK'S DAY decorations are packed away, possibly to never be found again.....
The packed boxes have already been moved to the new house....
so in order to PLAY in

as I have done from her very FIRST one...
I visited
THE DOLLAR TREE
for some inexpensive PLAY TOYS.....
...cute little PAPER napkins
...a cute little cup....white with green.
I am such a sucker for CUTE CUPS....just love 'em.

bought from WALMART.
I've been "eyeing" them for several months now...
we love subs but not sure these would be good...
...as delicious as can be....
...all served on my vintage white wicker tea cart from my mom, 43 years ago.
I sure would rather have my little mama than this silly, old tea cart !!

ReplyDeleteHi bj, Since my dad was Irish, I adore your post. I am doing a St. Pat post on Pink Saturday. I talk about my dad a bit in my post on Sat. I so get what you said about your mom. I miss my mom and dad so much. It doesn't matter that they have been gone for many years. They are always a part of our lives because of the loving influence they were.
ReplyDeleteYour post is Irish sweet bj. The puzzle is cute too. You are an artist at blogging. I mean it!
Love, Jeanne
BJ, you are clever to pop over to $ store to find your green for the crawl. '-) It all looks festive, but wow oh wow is that vintage tea cart pulling at my heart strings. Can we see more of it sometime?
ReplyDeleteHave fun settling in. Happy St. Patrick's Day! ~ Sarah

This is so cute, BJ. Love the dollar items and you are such an expert in presenting food. Not sure how the twins will be dressed on St Pat's Day but I am going to see them next weekend and I am so excited!!!!! They have grown so much, not even looking like babies anymore...Christine
ReplyDeleteCute post, BJ! I especially loved being reminded of When Irish Eyes are Smiling and I'm Looking Over a Four-Leaf Clover, as my family used to sing those on long car trips. Great memories!
ReplyDeleteSuch a happy and cheerful post, BJ....I love all of it!
ReplyDeleteHappy St. Patrick's Day to you! It's right around the corner. I love March...not only do I enjoy St. Patty's Day, I enjoy my Birthday, and Easter too! Happy March to you:0)
ReplyDeleteI didn't do the blog crawl this year. I just don't have St. Pat's stuff and the few things I do have I used in the prior years. You did a great job with your visit to the dollar store...very creative!
ReplyDeleteMy husband gets the Walmart Subs for his lunch once in a while...he says they are good!
Who knew the dollar store had such cute items...and I am amazed that WalMart's subs are so yummy. I love the vignette you did into a jigsaw puzzle!
ReplyDeleteThe DT is my place to go for little accent pieces - love their holiday stuff! This was a cute post!
ReplyDeleteHi bj! your new blog look is so cute!!! Our Walmart has a subway inside of it, so I'm not sure it also sells its own subs! What I'm drooling over is that pickle! I just love dill pickles. Happy St. Patty's to you and I hope your move goes smoothly. Linda
ReplyDeleteBJ, you are such a good sport! Love that you went to the DT and joined the party! xo
