Could you live in a PINK HOUSE ?

Because I wanted to play in
PINK SATURDAY
and
OTHER GREAT PARTIES,
I am bringing back one of my favorite and fun PINK posts...
oh, YES...i do love PINK, just as all of you out there...
especially our sweet

BEVERLY at HOW SWEET THE SOUND
HOWEVER....

I am thinking that the folks who live in the houses below might like
PINK, even better than BEVERLY !!
what?? is it possible ??
the most precious little house and just look at that vintage bike !
i want it !!

is this a fairy tale come true or what !!
so awesome, i don't even have words for it.....
you can tell there's lots of LOVE living here by all the precious hearts !!!
reminds me a little of HANSEL and GRETEL ...does it you?
and, really....is it a REAL house or computer enhanced?
regardless, it sure is a
PINK HONEY !!.....but....just to LOOK at...not to live in.

now, ladies,.....this one is a wee bit on the
UGLY side to my eyes.....no...never mind...NOT a wee bit but a ....
WHOLE BUNCH ugly !!
(excuse me if this is YOUR house!! i really didn't mean that it is UGLY........uh....just kiddin'...oh,dear) ....
but....
it's a shade of PINK, and it IS interesting, so it made it to the final cut of this posting! :O)

ok..i see that it is 2 houses...2 UGLY pink houses !
ahhh, this is just fabulous !
so romantic.....
France ?
Italy?
probably New Orleans !!
if so...wonder if it's still there?

not sure what this is but it is so stinkin'  CUTE !!
their sign says, books, videos...
and i love their little picnic table outside.
cuteness all over the place !

look at those little precious balconies up there....
and the little aqua awnings...
O HONEY
where in the world would this be ??
DREAM LAND, maybe !
Where IS this ??

OK...THIS is waaaay awesome...
a PINK bridge to a lot of PINK houses...
how cute is that !!
just think....
an ENTIRE bridge painted such a luscious shade of PINK !

check it out....their little picket fence is even PINK...
I laughed out loud when I saw the PARKING METER in front of this vintage home....
just seemed like there should be a HITCHING post for the horse drawn carriages...

what can one say about THIS one other than if , all at once, i inherited it,
i would faint and fall over dead !!!
A PINK BEAUTY, INDEED.

FABULOUS NOTE TO ADD HERE FROM A SWEET READER:

Oh BJ, these houses are so cute! My favorite is the pink and white one with the gingerbread! That is actually located in Cape May NJ, and I had the pleasure of going inside it about 6-7 yrs ago! It was the most beautiful fu fu store with the prettiest Victorian things! Fu Fu hats with feathers, and gorgeous pictures, and pretties for the bedroom. On the side of the house was a lovely flower garden and we took a picture of our daughter. I have it in my photo grouping, and it is the prettiest! thanks for posting all of these pretty houses!"

"Debbie....POSTING these pretty house was MY PLEASURE...
My thanks to you, you lucky girl for getting to see this beauty in person, for sharing this
IN THE PINK information with us..."

now this PINKIE has GOT to be one that SOMEONE had a LOT OF FUN with !
bet they love it dearly..
it is a show stopper, for sure!!
don't you know whoever lives here has the most sunny disposition in the world.
?
i would LOVE to meet her !!
so much fun !

this biggy looks a little faded on the PINK parts but maybe that is because the
rest of the houses on the page are pretty PINK-PINK !!
faded and a bit COLD....NOT my favorite, at all...
but it IS pink. :)

UMMMMM, this looks, to me, like maybe an aging movie star lives here
in all the PINK splendor....
with a fabulous, winding stairway and a hugh, marble topped round table
topped with a HUGH crystal vase just overflowing with PINK roses in the entry...
and, OF COURSE, the most magnificent chandelier hanging above.....
the butler meets you at the door and directs you to
THE PARLOR (guess what color !! :o)
all done up in fanciness in the most delicious shades of PINK WONDER.....
"Would you like one lump or two?" when the maid serves your delicious tea,
out of the most beautiful ROSE CHINTZ tea pot and dainty cups.
And, of course, tiny little dainty finger sandwiches and the delicious little
PINK SUGAR COOKIES .....

LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT

Oh I could live in a pink house - especially a pink clapboard house with white gingerbread trim...but then I could live in a pink stucco house in the South of France - with a balcony and shutters on the windows - maybe aqua coloured shutters. Yes, I could live there!

I wouldn't live in a pink house by choice, though I'm tempted by the gingerbread adorned one; however, my mother was a pink loving person and she painted the house pink one year. Though it hasn't been pink for years and years, people still refer to it as "the pink house."

I would have said "no", but after seeing these great "pink" houses, I would have to change my mind, So colorful and interesting. Have a great weekend. Mickie :)

One of our sons and his family, did buy and live in a local "Pink House." It was/is the cutest thing. Gingerbread and all. But it was too small for them, eventually.

We all loved it, while it was "in the family".

And it is still being kept up (and kept pink) by the present owners. :-)

I could live in a pink house. I want the fairy tale one as a vacation cottage. I'd live there if it were big enough for all of stuff - but it doesn't look like it is. Or, the two story one with the lacy trim. It has a sign in front of it with part of a phone number. I like it, too. And it wouldn't bother me at all that it was pink. I love pink and have grand daughters! :-)

Oh- What a pinkalicious post. I loved them all-well, except for the two ugly ones...lol I copied a couple over to my files. If you go to Miami Beach you will see lots of pink houses there- and also in the FL keys. I COULD live in a pink house! xo Diana

Hi bj, As much as I love PINK I don't want to live in a pink house. Your pics are charming and fun though. Loving pink is an international thing because I have seen pink houses in Europe all over the place. This is a fun pink post to share again.

What is happening with your new house move? I know moving is about the most stressful thing out there. Except an illness of course. I pray it all works out for you my dear sister friend.
Love, Jeanne

I could live in a small PINK cottage with a picket fence with old fashioned roses. In fact there is one like that here in town.

You know that little pink cottage that you said you like to look at but not live in? Well, I'd live in it in a heartbeat! I would, I would!! Problem? Mr. PH wouldn't..not even if my heart stopped beating would he go in there! Aw well. The um..ugly house? It's mine! Naw..just kidding!

Loved seeing all those pink houses, but not for me. The balloon picture is so refreshing ... looks like Texas skies. I can just see you wearing those pink teeny shoes.
Fun post. Thanks for sharing.

One of my friends lives in a pink house ~ pink inside and out. It is adorable, but I don't think it would work for me because it would be just too much pink for my hubby. However, since Glenda is not married, she can do as she likes and I can just admire it. Thanks for a fun post!

This is a fun post! I love pink, but don't know that I'd want to live in a pink house. Although that pink with all the white gingerbread is tempting!

The first-ever PINK bridge for Sunday Bridges!

psssst... how very San Francisco!

That's right. «Louis» is NOT "politically correct" and proud of it!

Wow, that's a lot of pink! So fun to look at, but I don't think I could live in one! I tend to prefer neutrals in my home.

Now that's a whole lot of pink, I think I need a bit of pink Pepto Bismol. just kidding! I love looking at them, living in them; I'm not so sure. Sure would have visions of sugar plums sleeping in them. Loved all of the variety.
hugs,
