My Pap love fried green tomatoes.

Please come see the Shadow of my dog in action.

I assume these will be sliced, coated in a seasoned flower. Then fried in a slight layer of canola oil. Or is that guess off the mark? However prepared, they will be delicious!

I love the story this photo tells! Makes me long for summer and my own tomato plants.

Just one question, where does one find green tomatoes at this time of the year?

Lovely to have you be a part of Seasonal Sundays.

I didn't get the gist of this until I saw the book in the background.

Love your tomato shot. It makes me long for summer and tomatoes growing on the vines. I have never really been a fan of fried green tomatoes, but ohhh once they ripen, I am all about enjoying their juicy wonders. Like Sam I am...I would eat them here or ther, yes I would eat them anywhere!
