I assume these will be sliced, coated in a seasoned flower. Then fried in a slight layer of canola oil. Or is that guess off the mark? However prepared, they will be delicious!

Love your tomato shot. It makes me long for summer and tomatoes growing on the vines. I have never really been a fan of fried green tomatoes, but ohhh once they ripen, I am all about enjoying their juicy wonders. Like Sam I am...I would eat them here or ther, yes I would eat them anywhere!
