was one of the first bloggers I fell in love with.
I still love her fresh ways of decorating her sweet cottage.
Some of the following photos are of a house
she helped decorate for a house tour...
Some of the photos are of her own beautiful rooms...
See that beautiful painted wooden porch..
Once, when I was a little girl, I was playing JAX with a cousin.
Can you imagine what happened?
A big long splinter right up under a fingernail...
I squalled for two days.
I'm getting some burlap and pretty ribbon TOMORROW !!
Wouldn't you LUV to find an olden, wicker baby bassinet
to use on your front porch, filled with flowers.
I WANT ONE......BAD
if I find two, do U want one?

BJ I just made your peanut butter cookies !!! OMG they are soooooooo good! Simple and delicious! I asked my husband how they were and he just gave me a big thumbs up-coz his mouth was full with cookie #3. :)
Couldn't you just move in there? Let's go together. :)
Great eye candy! So fresh and inviting. I just want to move right in.

Fun to see Tina's things here in your blog. For a minute there I was lost. Maybe Tina wants to be you when she grows up, too.
I am going to Walmart tomorrow! I am going to look for some polka dot sheets!

Sweet Up-North Mornings...
BJ,
I think I like that chocolate cobbler...at least I'll give it a try :)
Your photos are so lovely..never thought of putting burlap around a plant...do you allow it to get wet?
...just curious!
BJ, cute, cute, cute. I love the burlap covered planters and that baby carriage used as a planter is such a great idea. Love her home. Thanks for sharing it.
Everyone loves Tina & Monica.... great gals!! Come over and see me giving away ... several burlap coffee bags!!
Loved everything about it....I am so fond of red...I tried to take it out of my kitchen, but I just can't do it...Gotta get it back...
Good pictures and a beautiful place...

I love Tina too! her style is so cheerful and pretty. You know I actually had one of those wicker bassinets for my girls when they were tiny babies, I think I sold it for $5 at a garage sale:>( What was I thinking?
CHOCOLATE cobbler? Now why didn't I think of that?
Tina is amazing, and a wonderful decorator. Each picture is swoon-worthy!! I love that umbrella on the porch, and yes, pick me up a bassinet if you find any!!! The front porch in the first picture reminds me of when I played jax and marbles on our big porch as a child. I hope you have a wonderful Sunday!
Hi BJ,
Tina has a lovely home, but she has nothing on you! You have a lovely home too and your decorating style is wonderful!
I love her front porch. Seeing the wooden floor brings back so many childhood memories. I remember playing jacks too! LOL, we are getting old! But, better.
hugs

The French Hutch
Those are such beautiful photos. Love her site.
Good morning bj, As usual I was busy all day on Pink Saturday and hardly visited a soul. My garden club had their annual plant sale. It was a long fun day and it wore me out. So today I am visiting you and your lovely post.
Gorgeous photos and something to dream about. The Polka dot sheets are charming and it makes me want to do something for summer in my bedroom. Just thinkin! The porch pics are stunning. I love the ferns.
I also checked your farm house table post. Wonderful and I too choose pie every time. Smile! The creamy chairs are awesome just like the price. Your posts are blog art.
Love you, Jeanne
I wanna be tina too:) Love the burlap pot cover, too pretty! AND YES, polka dot sheets are SOOOO you! Have a blessed day dear BJ, HUGS!
Hi bj,
I love these pictures! My next house (have no idea where and when that is) is going to look like this (in my dreams). Yes, Tina is very talented. I would love to live in a house that looks like this some day.
I also love your new white dining room chairs in your previous post. Looks so bright and cheery and welcoming!
I love Tina's style too. Cottage, whimsical, colorful. It makes me smile.
Hugs,
Penny
So fun, just makes you feel happy. All the colors. I'll have to go over for a visit. Lori
Love the tea cups hanging from the chandy! I am making those burlap covered planters for Mother's Day gifts. I'll give credit to both you and Tina. Thanks for the inspiration!
Tina's home is romantic! Thank you for showing us :D
I love looking at porches. Can't wait to get mine ready, but we have to wait till the pollen falls, or you have to do it all over again.
I imagine you have to keep those burlap pots under the overhang. I think they would get moldy out in the rain?
