I was/am so impressed with all 4 flavors,

I fixed an entire meal, using them, and NOW...

I am doing a WHOLE post about them ! :))

I wanted to come up with something different for a
POTATO SALAD...
a SUMMERTIME POTATO SALAD ...
one that
stepped outside the box...

May I just say....
oh honey !

**
I always leave the potato skin on any time that I can..
Cubed potatoes and boiled until tender but not falling apart..
while they cool...
chop fresh onion (I used the sweet VADAHLIAS)
a tiny bit of sweet pickle relish
chopped FUJI apples, with the skin left on....(I feel safe in saying this wouldn't be nearly as good with ANY OTHER APPLE !!)

Salt and pepper to taste...
a large spoon of REAL MAYO .. or enough to make your salad the consistency you like..
About A HALF CUP of the
GIRARD'S APPLE POPPYSEED DRESSING

You can add more to your individual serving, of course...

I'm telling ya, folks...

THIS IS really, REALLY good..

MR. SWEET STILL can't quit raving about it...

The flavor of the fresh apples with the potatoes is awesome...

THEN, when you drizzle the APPLE POPPYSEED dressing all over and toss LIGHTLY,

it becomes MEGA AWESOME...

Skinless CHICKEN BREAST

...washed, dried, sprinkled lightly with SALT and PEPPER..rubbed with a little Olive Oil....I used TWO of the SALAD DRESSING on mine....a combined HALF CUP of
CREAMY BALSAMIC and...CHAMPAGNE.. (you can certainly add MORE or LESS..)

350 oven for ...about an hour and a half...turning occasionally...test with a fork for EXTREME tenderness...ABSOLUTELY SCRUMPTIOUS....

So, we had the BAKED CHICKEN, SUMMERTIME POTATO SALAD and our lettuce and tomatoes, drizzled with APPLE POPPYSEED dressing...

OOO, let me rinse the MAGNIFICENT Bing Cherries...this is our 2nd bag of cherries this summer...they are sooo GOOD and sooo EXPENSIVE....!! :(

and I'll pour a touch of PEACH MIMOSA dressing over the whole thing...
