Your cake photos are worthy of Tastespotting or Foodgawker! It is a pretty cake. Sounds yummy, too. ~ Robyn
That looks soooooo yummy! Oh my goodness, I would break my diet and have a piece of that for sure!
I had to think about what Justine said for a little while too. I still think of a Blackberry as a fruit first and not some fancy cell phone, lol.
Kady
BJ, I loved that recipe also, I will now have to rush ahead and make it after seeing yours and how pretty it is with the flowers.
I have just the thing on my blog, I am having a giveaway of a handpainted giveaway, please come by.

Oh, what a beautiful and delicious-looking cake, BJ. It looks so moist and rich, too. It made my mouth water and it's only 5:30 AM right now.
Hope your Blue Monday is a good one.

I'm on my way to your house...start a batch and save me a beater!
Now girl, you know I am sitting here drooling for a slice of that cake. I love blackberries. I have some in the refrigerator now, but I don't have any blackberry wine.
Love you.
I've tasted one of these cakes and they are so moist and yes, yours is especially pretty. My blackberries are still red, but the bushes are loaded.
Happy Twirls
Hey BJ...that cake looks wonderful.
I resent the email this morning. I don't know what happened to the first one...lost in cyber space I am sure.

Mmmmm...looks so moist and yummy! I saw this recipe and was intrigued. However, if I don't quit making all these delicious recipes I see in Blogland...and do something besides sit at the computer all day looking at all the delicious recipes in Blogland, I'm going to weigh 500 pounds! Yikes!
You did a wonderful job showcasing that cake, BJ!
How beautiful!!! And even though I live in Michigan...I was born in Tennessee and am a Southern gal at heart! Blackberry picking as a child...this brings back sweet memories!

Oh My Goodness! That cake looks and sounds so delicious. I love the way you write. I feel like I'm in the kitchen with you, listening to you talk! So fun! laurie
I bought my wine today to make the cake! Couldn't find Blackberry Wine, so I got Sweet Reds by Llano Estacado---it's made of blackberries & cherries! I can't wait to see how it comes out! Was wondering, though, what brand of white cake mix did you use? And was it a cake mix with pudding in it or just a regular white cake mix? Thanks for visiting my blog. Am loving yours! Are you from Lubbock? My husand's family lives there so it's our second home! Patti
