LET'S HELP LICK THIS BREAST CANCER PROBLEM
THIS is what I WISH my garden looked like....
Isn't it just so beautiful !?

BUT ALAS.....

DUE TO hot weather, dry conditions and blowing winds upward of 50 mph,
my garden has suffered almost beyond repair for this year, I am afraid....
Just a few flowers here and there and they are small in size and not very colorful....

BLESS my little ROSE OF SHARON bush...even in bad conditions,
the flowers are bright, altho very small in size this dry year.

These are some of my very FAVORITE roses picked and enjoyed inside before the
DEVIL WINDS hit....
Not sure if they will ever be this pretty again this summer

THANK YOU, DEENA
and I will continue to work hard to help you and others like you that are determined to do all they can do to help stamp out
BREAST CANCER

Your Rose of Sharon is lovely.

I wish it would cool down a little so our flowers would be happy.

It is great to have a few always faithful bushes like the Rose of Sharon. They never let us down even through the most awful of conditions!

Cooler temps and some rain would be much appreciated here in PA as well!

((hugs)) Rosie

Hopefully the weather will get better and your garden can recover. My garden is so behind this year! We have had a very cool spring and I think it has held things back. My Rose of Sharon doesnt bloom til fall! Love the dream garden photo!

I do understand about the winds! 50 mph is almost a daily average, and several times a week we get severe storms with 60+ mph winds... I don't know how anyone's garden here is surviving!

Your Rose of Sharon is very pretty, and the roses are such a beautiful color!

Hello BJ, The dry weather is hurting us too. We did have a little rain last night. We don't have the winds.
I do love your wish garden. I was just out today taking photos of my garden. I was surprised to see more than I expected. We have wild things such as black raspberries and blackberries and I consider them a part of my garden. Some wild flowers as well. They will appear on my blog soon. I do think your flowers are sweet and I can't wait for my rose of sharon to bloom. It is too early way up here so high in the mountains.
Good going on the cancer fight.
Have a happy day, Jeanne

BJ your roses are just beautiful. I love your garden flowers. I know what you mean about devil winds. That seems to be exactly what we are getting along with very cool weather. Things have changed now and we are finally getting sun and decent temperatures.

Hey, wouldn't we all love that first garden! LOL. My garden has been okay this year, but horrible drought last year damaged some things and they did not return this year. Anyway, so nice to tour your garden and find your blog. You've got some snazzy music going on!
