HAPPY MARCH ~

I hope your March is going to be a WONDERFUL month. I think it is!!

This is from my MACKENZIE-CHILDS calendar....the little ceramic bunny is so cute!
**********************************

I like meat loaf about once a year and I was so hungry for it, I made some last night.

I make mine smaller and thinner than most people. I don't care for any meat (or anything else, really) that is THICK! I like it thin and WELL done.....and love the crispy edges around the outside of meat loaf. The great thing about meat loaf is that you can put just about anything in it and it is good, as long as it's not too thick. Well...hmmm....guess there might be folks out there that LOVE it thick. Sweet hubby did until we married.....heh heh heh...

Another thing that might seem funny to you is that, to warm it, I like to slice it and pan fry it (using just a touch of Olive Oil), making it a little crisp.
UMMMMM, UM!! :)

HAPPY WEEKEND

Yummy....you make it just like I do. I also take the leftovers and fry it but we make sandwiches out of it....also yummy! :-) Rosie

Oh, yum! What good sandwiches your meatloaf would make! I like mine thick, thin, any way I can get it. ~Adrienne~

Good Afternoon BJ,
You Bunny from your MC Calendar is adorable. You Meatloaf looks so yummy and it's making me hungry. LOL. It sure does sound good. I haven't made Meatloaf in a good while. We have had enough Hamburger Meat for one week, but I may make it next weekend. I don't like mine too thick either. I've never fried mine before. I may have to try that when I make it. Meatloaf sammiches are so good. LOL. "HAPPY MARCH" to you as well. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.

Love & Hugs,
Karen H.

Hi BJ! My husband wants me to warm up our leftover meatloaf like you do now! And I love the crispy brown outside of the meatloaf so I think thin is good too. Thanks for visiting my blog! LOVE your creative knockoffs!! Your our kind of shopper!! Hope you enjoy looking at some of our treasured finds in the future. Sherry

That looks so good! I love meatloaf and I'm with you BJ, no thick meat for me. I want thin and very well done!! :o) Crispy is even better!! When my ex and I lived in DC and use to go out to eat, I would order my meat very well done.. but it was never done. He finally started telling them to burn it before they got it right!! lol

Hugs,
Hope

Your meatloaf looks delicious! I don't particulary like leftovers but leftover meatloaf is always welcomed.

I've been looking at the M-C's calender on their website and noticed that it was on sale. Just might have to head over there and order it now that I've seen it here in your cute house.
