Breakfast to write home about.....

HI, EVERYONE...

Here's a great breakfast that can bake while you get dressed in the mornings...

Slice your strawberries or any fruits you love,
sprinkle with a small amt. of SUGAR SUB.if you like it sweet...
like I do. :)

 Bake up
4 eggs, any cheese that you'd like...
I used New York White Cheddar
Cream Cheese
and Feta ....my FAV. (I can eat it with a spoon)

You can stick your frozen Hash Brown patties in the oven at this time...
Just watch 'em....it usually takes about 15 minutes in a hot oven.

...add your favorites or what you have on hand.
I used chopped ham..
a green pepper (not hot)...
chopped onions...
cracked black pepper and sea salt.

I like to add a little kick to mine sometimes with
salsa.

Pour into PAM'ed pie plate or pan
bake about 20 minutes in 350 oven.

The beautiful part of an Egg Bake is that you CAN use anything you like in it...
It bakes up in about 20 minutes...
add a Hash Brown Patty and fruit and you are
GOOD TO GO FULL SPEED AHEAD...
or
until lunchtime.

(do you know how to get your very own, special signature for YOUR blog...?)
So so simple...
and it will give you page by page instructions.
If I can be of ANY help, please just email me.

What a great way to start the day! Baking the eggs mix makes this super easy! With these 100 degree days I need to get the toaster oven out of the camper and use that instead of heating up the whole house with the BIG oven!!

That looks delicious, I'm wishing I could head over and share breakfast and coffee with you right now:>) Have a great day BJ!

Looks so good bj ... must try the baked eggs. I have made egg casseroles but that is too much for just two of us. This would be just right.

It looks delish, and I giggled that you have created a whole new verb "PAMed". I will remember that.

And the signature thingie is cute. I need to check that out.

Yummy! And all I had was raisin bran....

Nice breakfast! But, I'll take real sugar on my strawberries. It's really healthier and only 15 calories per spoonful. :-)

When I read the title of your blog post today in my sidebar blog list, I knew I had to come over. And I'm not disappointed. You most definitely have me drooling. Now, I must go and dry my saliva buds and make me a simple piece of cinnamon toast and call it breakfast. {{{sigh}}}

please don't get me started on Google + ... i totally agree with you there - not being able to find out how to contact or talk with the folks that comment on your blog or even if you wish to email them ... so frustrating. drives me nuts. i wonder why folks enjoy it in the 1st place? not sure??

i think it is time for lunch ... you always make me so hungry. yum!!

have a great week, my friends. big big hugs. ( :

All meals you prepare are to write home about. I do not have Google + and do not plan on adding anything more to confuse me. I will keep that link on signatures. One day, I will let go of my paid design and play like you. My sister gave that to me for Christmas one year, is the reason I keep it. Hot as you know what here and will be for several days.

Hi this breakfast looks so good & something my family would love. I tried to do the signature from that place & the signature would not go at end of blog post, but at the top of mine, so I am not using that. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Take care & I had my iced coffee a little while ago!

Hi BJ, What time is breakfast and I will fly down? Only kidding, but it does sound yummy and with fresh fruit even better. I love fruit with my breakfast. It is the best meal of the day. Of course, I never know whether to call it breakfast or brunch with the time of day I sometimes eat. Have a beautiful day. Hugs and Prayers from Your Missouri Friend.
