I really REALLY wanted a large, faux
tree for my new dining room that is almost a SUN ROOM....
but, everywhere I looked...they were over $100 bucks...
ONE HUNDRED BIG ONES !!
Mercy....my Social Security Budget
does NOT allow for such foolishness...
and THEN.....
THE SALVATION ARMY THRIFT STORE
came to my rescue....
Isn't she a BEAUT....!!!
Someone told me it's an OLIVE tree....

It will look smashing in this wonderful room with a lot of windows and 2 double french doors.
(am I EVER gonna get MOVED...?...we have a couple that want the house really bad...

was marked $14.95...
I sucked my breath in so hard, I almost choked to death, right there in
The Salvation Army Thrift Shop.
I think I remember some lady asking if I needed a drink of water...or some
oxygen, maybe....

But, the grand surprise came when I got to the checkout stand and the checker said, "it's marked down to $12.99"
WHAT A DEAL !!

basket to put it in...

I'll have to pass !!
Maybe TARGET will have a nice
copy cat basket...they are good at
copying POTTERY BARN. :))
