A RETURN TO LOVELINESS
Life is full of blessings, isn't it?!
ReplyDeletedo you wanna know a secret? I have never eaten these biscuits!! I will try and find them tomorrow and I will let you know what I think, they don't have a lot of these things here, I think our new WalMart should have them though, yours look so good with your jam,
ReplyDeleteWhile you're looking for the packing fairy, I'd like to find the dish washing fairy:@)
ReplyDeleteI sure do not envy you unpacking all your things, but I probably would rather do that then pack it...lol..love the new place, there is nothing better then have a pool in your view...just love looking at that breakfast lunch and dinner....can't wait to see what you do with this wonderful space...come on over for al visit when you are resting from all the work...
ReplyDeleteI am so happy you are feeling GRAND!!
ReplyDeleteWe have TWO pantries these days and when I go in to prepare a meal I get so confused as to what is HERE and what is THERE! We have taken advantage of the good processed foods available. Most are better than anything I can make!
I use Grands a lot, but they turn out like yours. I think it is my oven, had it since 1964. Would get a new one if I cooked more. Take time to rest a minute.
ReplyDeleteI have long thought that packaged products like cakes and even biscuits are just perfected...you just can't go wrong. I love Grands with sausage and gravy, they really hold up well.
ReplyDeleteSo glad your life is Grand and Golden these day, my friend!!
XO,
Jane
Love those biscuits! Especially when they are on sale :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm sure your life is grand and golden - and your attitude....well it's platinum and diamond. You lift everyone's Spirits.
ReplyDeleteIf I lived closer I would be your packing fairy! I sure am good at it:):) The biscuits look so good!!! I did enter the giveaway and am hoping!!! XO< Pinky
ReplyDeleteLove those biscuits. Wish I lived closer so I could help you pack..Take care rest when you can. Have a blessed evening. Madeline
ReplyDeleteI love Grands biscuits too!
ReplyDeleteI know you will be glad when all the packing is over. Just keep smiling and before you know it, you will be all finished. Hugs.
ReplyDeleteNothing much more delightful than hot biscuits, butter, and jams. Hmmmmm... And all chased along with a lovely cup of tea or some coffee. You take the best photos of food.

ReplyDeleteDo you know Patti of Pandora's Box blog? She is CRAZY about Mackenzie Childs things and that tea pot could have been lifted directly from her photo archives!
You are a wise woman and a temptress. You always show the best food. We make wonderful homemade biscuits but we always have Grands here on hand too. I'll confess that my hubby makes them if he's dying for homemade. Otherwise if it's up to me we have Grands. Have you had the small size ones? I like those too...with a little apricot jam. :)
ReplyDeleteThe scones and jam look delicious - our Sunday lunch ones are made from commercial scone mix too. Why not?
ReplyDeleteYour new home looks wonderful, and just put the swimming togs on and go for it! You definitely can't let that pool go to waste.
Blessings,
Diana
