A package full of SWEETNESS

Hello everybody...
I hope this has been a good week for you, so far.
It's been good, for me.
Mr. Sweet says that at our age, it's a GOOD DAY when we wake up in the morning.......;-)

When my doorbell rang early one recent morning,
THIS package was sitting on my porch swing...

O BOY...do I love PACKAGES.

I noticed right away that it was from our friend, DONNA.

She lives in NEW ENGLAND and is one of the sweetest ladies.....
and she has an awesome blog. You sure need to stop over, say hello,
and have a cup of coffee and a slice of pie.
She does make the most amazing pies.

Look at all these little packages...
JUST  LIKE  CHRISTMAS

A New England magazine that is just chock full of beautiful photos...
can't wait to read thru it, Donna.
These vintage CHALK roosters, full of sassiness and personality and charm
look MAGNIFICENT on a little wall in my dining room.
 It's like they are saying
"Hey, man....that chick belongs to ME"
"O, yeah....WELL, who died and made you KING OF THE ROOST?"
I just love 'em, Donna.

WOO HOO....
a new coffee.

TIRAMISU Flavored.....

I am such a COFFEE GIRL and
I do love a good coffee !
A BEAUTIFUL cigar box ....
I am totally IN LOVE.

Donna....thank you! ♥
I received my delightful package this morning and I can't tell you how excited I was, opening all those little packages.
I am just overcome...almost...ALMOST, speechless. I so love every single thing.
The New England magazine will give me so much reading pleasure...and it will go in one of my magazine holders for all to see.
It's such a beautiful magazine.
The roosters.....well....they are just precious. I can't wait to get them hung in just the right spot. They are colorful and cute and both seem to have a PERSONALITY, all their own. (I did find the RIGHT spot..:)
I am going to make a fresh pot of coffee just as soon as I finish this email. :)  It looks so delicious and I can't wait to try it.
Well, I have to say that when I saw the adorable cigar box, I, being the titty baby that I am, started crying. The thought of you knowing I loved cigar boxes and you parted with this one, just for me, made me cry like a baby.  It was tears of joy....the joy of having such a sweet and thoughtful blogging friend. The box is incrediable. Perfect condition...bright colors...wooden....I. LOVE. IT.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart....
Love, bj

"Hi BJ"!
I am "SO HAPPY" you liked everything!!!
I have been living here in LIMBO with NO COMPUTER!!! "UGH"! It just STOPPED WORKING and I had to live in the dark ages with only "ESP" to send! "Hubby bought me a new one and got me up and running today"... Can you see me HAPPY DANCING???

Now about those roosters!!! hehehe!!! "IF you don't like them or want them a different color, feel free to do whatever you like with them"!!! I just thought they were awfully cute "AND" they wanted to see Texas and get out of New England before winter set in(they've been crowing about that every morning)...SO when I had your box sitting here, "They just hopped right into it"!!!

YEP! That cigar box HAD TO BE YOURS! When you posted about the cigar boxes and your memories with your Mom, "I KNEW it was going to Texas"...

By the way, if you like that coffee you can read about the company on the internet... AND then you can buy it at TJMAXX or HOMEGOODS or MARSHAL's...

You are always such a "Joy to us all", I am so happy I was able to make you smile...
Have a fun weekend,
Big Squishy Hugs,
Donna
♥ ♥ ♥
I am so blessed to have so many beautiful friends, here in Blogland
and here "at home".
I thank the Heavenly Father every day for these fine people
and I say a prayer for all.

I know I am by-passing what this post was about but I just need to ask you a question. I noticed the wire basket below the roosters. Are those photo albums in there? Well, even if they aren't....You have inspired me. Peace.
