~ SUGAH....BLUEBERRIES and FATS DOMINO ~

NO AFTERTASTE....NO CALORIES
CAN U BELIEVE IT ??
By far, the BEST sugar substitute I have found.
This brown "sugar" is so mild, I am using it in my COFFEE.
I think they make a darker, stronger flavor but I haven't found it as yet.
Right now, I am happy in my KNEE-DEEP love for this wonderment.
XYLITOL
is the name...and you can go  HERE to check it out for yourself.
...all I know is THAT IT'S GOOD

I added the "sugar" to my cup of
DUNKIN DONUTS coffee this morning.....or should I say my
THREE cups of coffee.

I slipped a
MULTI GRAIN BLUEBERRY muffin into the microwave and got out the rest of the TEXAS BLUEBERRIES.
A great breakfast, healthy and I had my coffee sweet enuf with
NO AFTERTASTE....
I HATE the aftertaste  you get from regular sweeteners
and am just beside myself having found THIS one.
I'M  SO  THRILLED.

THIS all means that I am thrilled to have found some foods that TASTE really good, even tho they aren't the regular foods we normally eat....

....now, if I can only come up with a better tasting FLOUR than whole wheat,
♫♪♪ all my dreams will come true.......

I NEVER see a blueberry that I don't think about my
ALL-TIME FAVORITE rock and roll singer in the
FABULOUS FIFTIES....
Mr. Fats Domino

 ♪♫♫...I found my thrill.........
on BlueBerry Hill

 ...it lingered until
MY DREAMS CAME TRUE.....♫♫♪

Thank ya'll for coming by today.
I sure do hope you have a wonderful week.
...a little PHOTOSCAPE fun with my photo....
♪♪♫...the wind in the willows play...
loves sweet melody....
I went to one of his concerts in the late '50's and screamed so loud and so long, I couldn't talk for a solid week.
Like all teenagers, music was such a big part of my life and I was lucky enuf to be a teen during the ROCK and ROLL era with some of the greatest artists of all time.

I am so happy that life has slowed down enough for me to catch up with my favorite bloggers!
Love this post.

I use sweetener for my tea and that's about it. Usually sweet 'n low.

Blueberry muffins......that sounds SO good!!!

Happy MONDAY!

Thanks for the sweet tip bj, I need a good sweetener for my tea. I'll give it a try. Blueberries always a good choice for a healthy b'fast. Love the "blast from the past", great music. Beautiful photographs!
Have a great week.

I happen to have some of this in the pantry right now and totally agree. I hadn't thought about it in coffee. I'm trying it with my very next cup.

And I might behind his time, but I still think of that song whenever I make something with blueberries.

Hi Bj!

Glad you found something you like but, I will stick with my Truvia. I know first hand what some of those sweeteners can do... like the agave syrup 'quick step'!

Once I got off sugar the craving just went away after a few days. Then fruit tasted better than ever!

Morning, BJ.

You and I are from the same time; I love Fats Domino too, and Blueberry Hill was one of my favorites.

I like your new header.

Happy Blue Monday.

I must try that sugar. I am wondering if it isn't the same sugar that my daughter Sandy introduced us to not long ago on her visit.
You DO make life fun, bj! I always love your posts.

Oh my, I have and still do love Fats Domino! The music of the 50's just can't be beat can it? I saw him in a club in Ft. Worth and he was about 6 ft away...swoon! :-)

Your breakfast looks wonderful! I don't use any sweeteners...when I do, I use the real thing. Aspartame and many of the others trigger migraines for me. I'm so glad you're happy with this one!

Try to stay cool, ok? Much too warm this early.

So glad that you found something you can enjoy. You always manage to make me grin and today is no exception and it's a day that I haven't been doing a whole lot of grinning.(I'm allergic to all the "tols" so I miss out on the benefits and must stick with Splenda.)

I'll have to look for that sweetener. I use Stevia and it's really good, especially in cold drinks like tea. I love blueberries!

You do realize I'll now have that song in my head the whole evening? lol Such a coincidence, I was gone grocery shopping today and bought two little containers of blueberries:-) I don't have any muffins made, though...hmmmm, guess I'll be making some tomorrow!!

I've never heard of that sweetener, sure sounds a whole lot better than those other sugar substitutes. Thank you for the heads up about it:-) xoxo

That box is definitely a treasure and keeper. You have some of the neatest things and cook so much great eats. Guess I am going to have to move further west for leftovers. Are you having any problems with comments? I am leaving and receiving. I have never had just two comments. I wonder what is wrong.
