PINK RERUN.
We are painting, building shelves, working in yards, going to basketball games....
spent from 3 in the afternoon on Thursday until 11:15 at night at
AN AWESOME TRACKMEET.
in other words.....LIFE is incredibly BUSY right now.
Since APRIL 6TH is National Tartan Day, I decided to post this again.
Isn't THIS a pretty blue plaid?
I really, REALLY wanted to do a TEXAS BLUEBONNET TARTAN DAY
but, alas.....NO BLUE PLAIDS around here but a sheet set....
just didn't seem to work.
Maybe next year. *heavy sigh

A PINKNESS breakfast...just for me..MR. SWEET had an early morning GOLF game..
so I fixed myself a
PINK GIRLY BREAKFAST...
A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS....
OMGOSH...these luscious PINK DONUTS, fresh fromthe bakery, were just MELT IN YOUR MOUTH good...
and...*shhhhh....I ate BOTH of 'em....
...a precious JOY cup from BIG LOTS...and in PINK....'ya gotta just love it...

Now, this delightful PALE PINK drink in the little vintage glassis PINK LEMONADE with RASPBERRY....

I don't believe I have EVER had PINK LEMONADE for breakfast,
but.....it was so PRETTY AND PINK and....
And, let me add that IT WAS DELICIOUS...

I bought a big bag of CLEMENTINES ...and they are so juicy and sweet....
I just love the little tiny things...
between the lemonade, clementines and limes, I really had AN ACID TRIP going....:)
It's so soft...I know you can almost FEEL it....
It is just as soft as it looks.....

That is just a PINKALICIOUS post here! Starbucks sells those mini pink donuts with sanded sugar - they are 3 for a certain price (don't remember how much) and we always get them when the 3 little girls join us for coffee.

I'm a pink plaid person, too!!! I don't have a lot of plaid in my home, but I do love the color pink SO, so much!!! If I could snuggle under that warm, pretty blanket I'd be in heaven! The doughnuts look scrumtious, too. It has been sooooooooooooo long since I had a doughnut, and one in pink would really make my day! Have a wonderful Easter weekend!

Hello BJ ~hopping in to wish you a wonderful Easter.
At this holiday I'm always flooded with memories of wearing fluffy dresses and petticoats with fluffy hair to match.
One memory comes to mind... as a young adult when I wasn't able to return home for Easter. My sweet mom sent me an Easter box, which included dyed eggs...I refer to them as "died" Easter eggs. Snail mail produced a box accompanied with a foul odor. I still laugh hysterically when I think about the stink bomb going off when it was opened. Fortunately I was able to rescue the remaining treats from my box.
Now I've a craving for pink donuts...delish.
