I'm with you all the way about the icky lamb in...well, in my case, anything. I even tried it in Nova Scotia. I figured they knew something we here in Texas didn't about how to cook it. They didn't.

I love the Irish kissing balls. If I have the time, I'd love to whip one up before O'Lotsa Hair gets home this weekend. I haven't had lamb since I was a little girl. I don't know why, I just haven't so any Irish stew here is lambless as well.

I am with you! No lamb in the stew. Not that fond of lamb. We had it once a week and gad, left overs were awful! I don't mind it butterflied on the grill though!
