A CoffeeTable Scape

The coffee table in question....
Nice and large when the two sides are out.
JUST RIGHT
for a breakfast/brunch
We are so casual around SWEET NOTHINGS...
we LIVE all over the cottage.
...just having fun over at PHOTOSCAPE
This is the colored pencil effect, I think....

Often times, I have my breakfast of brunch, whatever the case may be, on this
vintage, GOODWILL coffee table.

Now, Mr. Sweet doesn't like getting down in the floor 'cause he says it's waaay too hard
to get back up again.
When I decide to do the
 COFFEE TABLE THING
he lets me do my photos and then he moves his plate to the table.....I am married to
such an olden man ......;>)
 My most DELICIOUS CENTERPIECE
is
FRUIT
APPLE FRITTER BREAD
and FLOWERS.....
ya can't beat it with a stick.
This morning, I am having BROWN SUGAR GLAZED  HAM slices
along with my
sweet, buttered bread, loaded with apples and cinnamon
and fruit to die for..

Altho I have a BURLAP runner on this table,
I like to use a small cloth over it when we are
eating.

I don't like to wash my burlap runner....if I DO get a spot of something on it, I try to spot clean......

seems burlap is never as nice and pretty once washed.

 I've posted about this amazing
APPLE FRITTER BREAD
before...

It is NOT homemade...
not even
SEMI-homemade.
Nope...
I buy it at WALMART and it is really
good.

If you decide to try it, be sure to look thru the loaves for the one with the most topping....
some have more than others.
LOL = LOTS OF LAUGHTER
or
LOTS OF LOVE.....
today it's
LOTS OF LOVE to you ♥♥
♥ ♥ ♥

If you are ever in the neighborhood, come by and I'll set another plate at
THE
COFFEE TABLE.
xoxo

What a sweet brunch! I will have to look for the apple cake at Walmart...I LOVE anything with apples. The ham looks mouthwatering, too. This is such a nice place to sit and eat and even watch cartoons, which is what I used to do when I ate at the coffee table! :)

This whole scene is so welcoming, BJ! I love your comfy couches & that BIG coffee table. My olden guy is just like yours...its really hard for him to get up & down. Sad, when I think of how physically fit he used to be. He could beat me in tennis anyday!

Thanks for telling us about the bread. I bought one kind that you recommended but I don't think it was this one. I will look for it today.

Hugs,
Rett

I love this. I think even if we sit on the floor around a coffee table, it can still be pretty and welcoming. (Even though Mr. Sweet would rather welcome himself at the table!)

And I would like a LOL mug myself. I think laughing out loud is a form of loving out loud anyway.

Hi BJ,
We have a big ole coffee table that was once an old kitchen table and our family has grown up around it. We eat on it, play games on it and have high tea. It is the everything table. Your table looks so warm and inviting with that wonderful breakfast. There is a LOL (Lot Of Love) in your home, a person can feel it! Hope you are having a great week end and thank you so much for sharing with Full Plate Thursday.
Happy St. Patrick's Day!

BJ, if I ever went to your house, you'd have a hard time making me leave! lol I love it that you eat on your coffee table sometimes, I do that too:-) That's what a home is all about, isn't it, being able to use every room fully!! That bread sure does look delicious, will have to look if our Walmart carries it. Often times what you have in the States is not available here in Canada. Bah! xoxo
