I love to use this muffin mix you have featured, but haven't seen it in the Lemon Poppy Seed flavor! Sounds and looks so yummy! Is it new? I'll have to check our grocery store!
You made the comment on my last post about the Starlight Lemon Shooters, that you had made the pie recipe using limes! That sounds really interesting and good! Do you use them just for decoration cut up on top, and how fine do you cut them, or in the recipe! Would love to know! This is one of my favorite recipes, too! Thanks for sharing that idea! :)

That's my older daughter's favorite muffin of all. I have never served it with lemon curd. Now, my mouth is watering. When she next comes home ('cause I'm soooooo hoping that she does soon) I'm going to surprise her with it.
I need to send you the recipe for my amazingly simple homemade lemon curd. I am going to know the muffin man this week-I have to make three dozen muffins for a Garden Club thing we are having.
