PINK SANTAS ? you bet.....

I am joining in with PINK SATURDAY
SEASONAL SUNDAY
SUNDAY FAVORITES, where we are asked to bring back a FAVORITE POST ...
WHO SAYS SANTA HAS TO BE ALL IN RED ???
THIS one looks good enuf to EAT .....
hee hee hee
or is it ho ho ho
Nothing like a PINKNESS SANTA can get us into the CHRISTMAS mood.....
an old Christmas ad....isn't he the cutest Santa....

brrrr....these little fellas look so cold.......
oooo, i really love this one, with his big, brown eyes.....
or are they blue???

and, Christmas needs some of these
vintage SANTA and COCA COLA ads....
that little PINK note is the only thing that got him in THIS post.....:O)
and, only his ROSY PINK cheeks let him squeeze in, too.....
yep...those little PINK pj's qualified this ad .....
that little girl's pink let me add this one to the
PINK SATURDAY post.....
well, and Santa's bright PINK cheeks, too..
now this old ad MUST have been where
"JOLLY OLE SAINT NICK"
got his name !!!
He does look jolly here! Makes me feel jolly just lookin' at him....


(back when this originally posted, I was doing a PINK HUNK every Saturday and it was FUN...)

 I KNOW...I KNOW....ya'll may not think this old fella is very cute and you are right...he isn't exactly HANDSOME by a loooong shot....
But, if you saw him in.....


you are bound to have fallen totally in love with him and his precious character....
In other words....
ROBERT DUVALL
is ONE HECK OF AN ACTOR....and I just love him!!!
He is my PINK HUNK for this Saturday post.

    Not quite ready for Christmas, but heading in the right direction.

    Was that a little boy in pink pjs? I thought that was so cute.

    I've never seen Lonesome Dove, though I do like Robert Duvall. He's got the craggy look going. I like craggy.

    I better get busy and put my post up! Hee Hee! I L O V E all the pinks here! I am a Christmas crazed person anyway and I am still waiting to put up my tree! Ha Ha! We are like Jehovah Witnesses this year! Even my big snowman is waiting to get pumped up in the front yard! It has been a wild month!Instead of blogging, playing rummy with my honey and not writing the rest of my Christmas cards, I better get busy! Hee Hee

    bj, I think you have some of the best photos of the jolly man showing a little pink. Great Christmas header, your blog looks so festive. Now about Robert Duvall. I love him, I just love him. I think he is great actor and very handsome. I love the series Lonesome Dove, one of the few I watch every chance I get.

    Thanks for the long comment on my blog! Don't know if anyone will look or not but I'm enjoying it. It's pretty time consuming, but I have lots of that. I love your pink post today, especially the pink santa.
    I'm ready for Christmas and haven't gone all out this year. Just a little table top tree and a couple of wreaths and that's my decorations. We'll all be at Karen's. Know I'll talk to you before, but have a wonderful Christmas.

    Santa's in red or pink..no matter. He looks good in both.
    About Robert Duvall. Maybe it's just my age..but I think he is handsome..manly and can sing and play the guitar and I will go see anything he is in!
    I think I have seen all his movies..or at least all I know about.

    Love the pink Santas and those ads are such classics:-) Years ago I had made my mom some pink Santas using Reader's Digest books for the body (you had to fold them a certain way) and spray painted pink, they had really turned out cute.

    I've always loved Robert Duvall, he's such an excellent actor and I think he's a cutie too! hehe
