  35. SO-ooo Pretty!! I had to let you know she has a "twin". My precious little Westie dog, is named Miss Scarlett O'Hara. Her mom was Coco Chanel and her dad was Little Timmy McGraw! So, she had to have a special name when we got her. Your grandgirl looks like she could be part of the Azalea Festival held near us in Wilmington, N.C. each spring. She is the perfect "Southern Belle"!!!
