Downtime.....

Since I have LOTS of chores to do, getting ready for Christmas, I am taking a few days downtime....

I have tree trimming to do, stockings to hang, cookies to bake, a tiny bit of shopping left, a cow to lasso and milk....oops...I am getting into the moment here...:)

See ya'll a little bit later.

B.J. I have that same china cabinet that you have in your chair post. It was my mom's. Bought sometime back in the 60s. I am into a million things too, have to come to the computer to have a break. LOL. Enjoy the preparations.

Oh I understand it so well having just come off from a down time. Get a lot done and have a lot of fun and promise me that you'll not wear a bikini while rounding up the cattle. Woo-hoo!

First of all thank you for your visits and kind comments to my blog. I have been busy putting up my Christmas decorations. Have the outside done and now am working on the inside of the house. Still have a few more things to do. Have a great time in doing all your tasks. Have a blessed evening. Madeline

I completely understand. I know how it is to have a lot on your plate and something just HAS to take a back seat. Looking forward to seeing everything when you're back.

Oh man, I wish I was doing the same thing. I'm catching up on blog reading in between decorating the house for Christmas, playing with the kids and working on what feels like 500 projects.
Enjoy your time away from the computer!!!

Dear BJ, I've missed you.

I've been sick with a terrible cold and cough. This is the third week, and I am slowly getting better. Now my sweet husband has it.

I hope you will join us every Pink Saturday during the holidays as we celebrate together.

I took some time over the long weekend to do all those things. My husband was home 4 days and I got the tree up (picture on yesterday's blog) and the wrapping done on all the presents that are here so far. I just let the blogging go and kept on moving while I was in the mood! Enjoy decking your halls, can't wait to see the pictures!

Hi BJness! Now how in the world did you get that snap of me running around in the back yard? :)
You rest, well, I'm sure you'll not be resting, but take care of yourself while you do what you do!
About Little Richard, I saw him on TV a while back and his tiny eyes were all eyelined and he could still play the piano and scream pretty good! ;)
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
