"Don't Get The Cart before the Horse" OR "These Will Make You do a Piggy Dance"....

Our sweet LYNN over at HAPPIER THAN A PIG IN MUD
gave us all this
 AMAZING COOKIE RECIPE..
Lovin' cookies like I do...
I just HAD to bake a batch.
And...
I always want to make a
SYMPHONY out of a little batch of homemade cookies.
Gotta make them look PURDY for their photos, ya know !
May I just say....
oh honey
These are sooo good.
If you've forgotten just where her recipe is,
This recipe makes about 3 dozen of medium sized cookies.
I also added PECANS to mine and .....
well....
how can you POSSIBLY go wrong with
oats, brown sugar,coconut and...PECANS ?

This little handmade wooden cart is one of my favorite things.
IsN't it funny, the things that we  love.... and sometimes, we wonder just WHY.
All packed and ready to take to our
HOME FELLOWSHIP GATHERING....
Well......except for a FEW.
I mean, I HAD to try them before taking them to my friends.
THANKS for a great recipe, Lynn.
Linking with:
PINK SATURDAY (only a few pink flowers here, Beverly)
My thanks to all of the hosts for these memes.
Thank YOU for coming by today.
I hope your weekend is blessed and FUN.

Oh yum!

These little cookies look adorable in their basket cart. Won't you just roll that cart on over to my house so I can have one or two?

Well, just in case you get stopped along the way, I have already copied the recipe off, so now to make some.

Have a happy day!

Hi BJ!

I printed this recipe a couple of weeks ago but still haven't made them.

Your friends surely appreciate the quality control measures you take before serving your baked goods. ;o}

Love your cart. Have a great weekend! La

BJ,
I'm sure that's something I would like. Was just thinking during lunch today...would have been nice to have had a cookie to go with my pudding. Perhaps over the weekend...rain is forecasted here. I'll drop by and get her recipe! Thanks!
Fondly,
Pat

I am going to have to cut back on visiting your blog. It is not good for my blood pressure seeing all the goodies and cannot have any. YOU MUST BE THE BEST COOK SINCE MY MOTHER.

Oh yummmmmmmm - in spite of being a dyed-in-the-wool chocoholic, oatmeal cookies are still my favorite cookies. And what a cute way to display them! I'll have to practice that. My grandkids would love it as well! Thanks for a great Pink Saturday visit!
