CUTENESS JARS

always has something FUN going on....
VINTAGE GLASS CANNING JARS,
BLUE or CLEAR
is the theme for Saturday.
I really wanted to do something sooo cute but..
I ran out of time..
So, since I wanted to play so bad....
here's my offerings of the day.:)
THE cutest thing on MY page is that adorable little boy
in the photo...
My *little man* is just about to turn 18 and he is
SOOO HANDSOME !
I know a lot of you saw this
jar of chains
when DONNA had her FUNKY MANTEL PARTY....
Actually, I liked the look so much, the jar is still full of......chain.
I really wanted something really cool to go in these little jars...
but the tea lights were HANDY...and so.....
O, yeah...and I just made
PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
so they were handy, too...
Mr. Sweet said I could have the jar with the candles..
he was taking over the
COOKIE JAR
and wanted me to know that the jar was a shade on the SMALLISH size.
OK, Mr. Sweet...
I dipped them in creamy, luscious chocolate...just like you like..
Cup of coffee
or
icy cold milk ?

You what? Dip peanut butter cookies in chocolate? Why have I never heard of this before? Let's see, it's 9:25 and I was planning an early bedtime. Now I can hardly think for planning a little peanut butter love. Wonder if peanut butter on a cracker with some chocolate chips on top would work...

As always, I enjoy seeing your vignettes... Love that you include family photos in them, too.

BJ,
That little boy is adorable...turning 18, or not! "Mr. Sweet" seems like he's an easy going, good sport kinda' guy. You two enjoy those cookies...I'm sure he'll share!
I have a collection of antique blue canning jars in the window on the lower level. They add great color to the room, especially when the sun shines through them! You have some creative ideas with them on your mantel!!! Have a great weekend.
Fondly,
Pat

I like the tea lights in the jar.

For me, when I have cookies it has to be with milk! Nothing else will do and if I don't have any milk I simply will not have any cookies. No kidding. And there is nothing worse then enjoying a cookie or two, or four and I go to the fridge and THERE IS NO MILK!! I am sure even the neighbors can hear the gasp!

Have a great weekend!

xoxo, Sue

I would like to wish you an early Happy Anniversary. We will be celebrating nine years this April 29. Next year for our tenth we are thinking about renewing our vows. We wed in Vegas with no family or friends and the officiant kepting calling me "Sandra!"

This is so funny. I am a jar collector and a few in my family think I'm nuts. they are so handy to store my pasta, sugar, flour, nuts, raisin to name a few.
But, I do not have a BLUE jar; gotta find one now. Wishing you and your guy Happy Anniversary.
