Hi BJness! Oh, what a cute little swing! I used to love these kinds of swings. Probably still would today!
Now you're coming to my blog party next month aren't you? It's about our kitchens!!
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
I NEED on of those swings. How adorable is that! Then I could sit in by purple chair and watch the kiddos swing.
LOL...he better be very careful in that tree! The swing is what makes my heart race..I remember those swings, best kind over! We had one and I could swing up as high as the roof, they are the best! Love the chairs too ;D
Delicious shots and post!
i just love that swind for 2! it looks like the perfect swing for siters, best friends or Lovers.
Have a nice week!
Rita
Awww, I love that swing, BJ ... and those chairs, too! Neat post.
Your new swing will be really cute and really popular with the Grands I'm sure-enjoy:@)
Love that little red tree swing! I hope Mr Sweet Nothings builds one for you!
Hugs,
PEnny
Never saw a two-seater swing like that red one!!! Precious!
BJ--I've got that tune in my head-
"JUST A SWINGIN". Really like the adarondak chairs.
Ann
I could use a two-seater too:) I have a sweet swing that my Daddy made for my 14 year old granddaughter when she was little! They have all had fun swinging on it and I wouldn't take a million dollars for it! I'll post a picture soon!
Enjoy your day "you swinging sweetie"! HUGS!
Hi BJ,
Just put it on his honeydew list, gorgeous pix BTW I adore Adirondack chairs, they're my one weakness.
Very cool red swing, happy RT
I love the way the grass is worn out underneath the tree swing.
That swing is just too dang cute!
Very pretty red swing!!
The cars
Okay, so I am madly in love with the little red swing. The concept of a swing for two, painted in sweetheart red?? Be still my heart!
Delightful..
brings back so many memories!!!
warm sandy hugs..

Morning, B.J. Your man can build anything, but he's best at building a happy woman.
Happy Blue Monday! Check out my book giveaway.
Hi BJ!
Oh, swings are big around here too! Porch swings, gliders, hanging tire and just regular swings. Love that two seater!
Hope you have a great day!
Those chairs look mighty inviting. They are also perfect for Blue Monday. I hope you are having a great day. Blessings...Mary
I have not seen a two-seater swing before. That is what you should ask you better half to build. Sit together in the cool of the evening, give thanks for having each other.
hi bj.
love the blue chairs. what a find!
and the two seater pink swing? will it show up on pink Saturday too?
you're all set!
blessings on your day, and thanks for your many visits to my place.

I don't know that I've ever seen a double swing; but what fun that would be! Enjoy your new week. Sally
I saw a swing on a blog:
http://nestegg.typepad.com/nest-egg/2010/08/gardenandgun.html
that took my breath away...and I've been thinking of them ever since...even the Hubs liked this one or maybe it was Rachel? Nice to meet you new friend!
Hi bj, I just commented on your pink post. it would have been better if I could have one of those banana splits. HA!
Love your swing post. It reminds me of that line in the country western song"just a Swingin'" Smile. Your matching chairs do look comfy. The twofer swing is so cute. Mr Sweet, are you reading this???
Have a swinging good time my sister friend.
Love, Jeanne xo
First time I've seen a two-seater swing, and it's red! :)

I love the red swing!
Cute red swing. I love the pillows too.
Happy RT!
a double swing? Never seen that before. We don´t have that kidn of swings anymore. They are considered dangerous.
The porch swing is lovely. A couple can sit and contemplate, or converse or relax under the power of the gentle swinging motion. The younger generation is too quick, forgetting how to relax and really relax...nice porch!
Hi BJ...
I love that swing and I think I might just have to have one for myself....Our grandchildren would love it...
There is nothing better than a good ol' swing...
Chippers!!
FAB sitting!!!!
Well isn't that adorable! I don't think I have ever seen a double swing like that:>) Love the blue of those chairs too.
Oh BJ! So nice the swings....and the grandpa and grandma chairs are just adorable...great pictures...enjoyed them very much...thank you!
You know those men just love to have projects to do! Tell Mr. Sweet that my hubby made my turqoise adirondak chairs...Mr. Sweet could make you some after he makes the swing!
Bj, I like swings too. Love your porch swing and the red swing. I'm sure your grandchildren love that swing. Have a great week.
I'm still around, BJ! Sadly, I see that Dot from Picket Fences and Heather from Rue's Peanut Butter and Jelly Life no longer are. Sadness!
Anyhow, I finally got around to making another post. I've been so busy working and with spending time with my honey.
I love swings!!! I am trying to convince my sweetie that he needs one for his big front porch, but that's not going to happen. There is such joy in sitting on a swing and just letting yourself fly! Great post.
Hugs,
Kady
Life on the Edge
All your photo's were so lovely. Some I remember from my childhood especially the blue Adirondack chairs.
Oh BJ! I can just picture you and Mr. Sweet with a banana split or something, just swinging away!
xoxo
Robin
Love those chairs and that swing. Looks like a relaxing way to spend time. Have a great week!
I have loved to swing ever since I was a little girl. I would ride my bike down the street to our school playground and spend many afternoons just swinging and dreaming all by my lonesome...loved it. We also had a front porch swing as I grew up and when we built our house 30+ years ago I knew I wanted a big porch and a swing. I've spent many hours in that swing...thinking, reading, praying, crying, talking to my grands, sharing quiet time in the rain with my hubby....I just love it! Every home should have a swing!
Cute post! I never saw a two seater swing.Happy Blue Monday, Annette
Wonderful post, love all the swings. Have fun!
Those swings make me smile. I know a couple of of grandsons who'd love a swing!
You're right about he colour of those two chairs - it's luscious!
Great pictures. I love my porch swing too. Doylene
Hi BJ,
I just love swings too! I have one in my backyard and we enjoy sitting out there on cool evenings. Love your red two seater! So fun!! Thanks for sharing your love affair!!
Miss Bloomers
BJ, I thought I left a comment earlier and may have just missed it when I scrolled down. Love that two seater swing and those pretty chairs. The one thing I greatly miss about enclosing our porch with windows and doors is that the porch swing was taken out. I sooooo miss my swing! I've always loved the joy of gliding through the air in a swing. Great post! ~ Sarah
Hope he builds one for you. It would be perfect!
Hi sweet lady...
BJ, your porch swing is awesome!!! Love all those pretty black and white pillows! Darlin', I agree...that little two-seater swing is simply adorable!
Warmest autumn wishes,

"It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing...doo-ah, doo-ah, doo-ah..."
Very cute post.
Love the red swing. Wish I had one.
Uh ooooooh. I see a project in Mr. Sweet's future! How adorable would that be, to have a little red swing hanging from your tree? Especially a two-seater!
Happy REDnesday!
Carol
Hi BJ! Love swings too. That red one is too cute, but we don't have trees big enough for that :(
You are too cute BJ! I love swings too. I love the aqua Adirondacks!
