Good Morning! Happy Pink Saturday! Thanks for coming by and leaving me a note! Yah, me to, just pick the blossoms, maybe pull the petals off if they are intact and leave some intact - spread on newspaper and dry. Mom had given me the frame ... seemed like a good idea? Only one I've framed. I think I have to try those pancakes, I may...hmmm. Looks good. BUT that baby and her glee is, well, it's THE BEST! THanks, Jenn

Hey -I did fix the German Pancake. I was curious when I realized no sugar or vanilla goes into them...I used a 10" skillet and I beat the dough w/my hand mixer (instead of the blender Marty suggested). At 15 mins they were thick...really thick and bready looking. I didn't get that light crusty top that looks a little like french bread crust. Do you hand mix yours? Oh, they are tasty. My strawberries went fuzzy so I went for frozen blueberries and powdered sugar. I could almost taste them w/whipping cream...that woulda been great! :) Thanks, Jenn

Mizz Cate gonna be a heartbreaker :-). What a sweet child! Your post is, as always, beautiful. You asked about Swedish pancakes. They are lighter and thinner than those we have for breakfast here. There are a ton of recipes for them on the net. I hope you are having a great day. Blessings...Mary
