Come have a glass of wine with me....

A tiny wine sipping, cheese and cracker eating evening,
in the library end of my living room....
Such cute little plates with cute little sayings on them...
and they each have their matching coaster for your wine glass...
**

I have two wines for us tonight...
my all-time favorite, WILD VINES BLACKBERRY wine..
It is much milder than most wines...not nearly as much alcohol content...
but we still ALWAYS only have one glass...
**
I have one bottle, chilling in ice contained in a vintage crystal bowl...
I've not found a pretty wine bucket yet...but, it is on my MOST WANTED LIST....
**
CHOCOLATE goes so well with my BLACKBERRY wine...
**
This wine, they tell me, is very very good....I've not opened it as yet...
Waiting for YOU to come over and we'll break it open !!
**
**

**
**
Such fun little dishes to have around....
These are really good little Spicy crackers...Mr. Sweet and I just love them
with a good cheese and a glass of wine....
***
You might try them 'cause I think you will like them....
**
WHITE ZINFANDEL...
a sweet wine....and I LIKE sweet wines.
**

...and I like crackers and cheese and CHOCOLATE
with my glass of wine....
**
*an important note...
blackberry wine is made from FRUIT....
chocolate has been proven to BE GOOD FOR YOU...
when you make your crackers SPICYand eat them with cheese,
all the BAD stuff just floats right out of them...
So, by my calculations,
THIS IS A MIGHTY HEALTY SNACK !!
:o)
I am linking with the fabulous SUSAN for TABLESCAPE THURSDAY
and
the food diva, GOLLUM for FOODIE FRIDAY...

Sounds delicious. I've never seen crackers spiced up like that. You couldn't go wrong.

You really should be a magazine stylist!

Very nice. Do you sprinkle grated cheese on the crackers? Looks like more than pepper blends. If so, before and/or after the oven? Neat recipe. Nice settings. :) Jenn

HI BJ! Thanks so much for stopping by and leaving such a sweet note about my fireplace transformation !! And, sure, feel free to upload the pic to your page - I'd be honored !! I LOVE your home ... love your bookshelves(!) and wonderful vignettes. Your "snack" looks so enticing and if it weren't 6:30 in the morning, I'd be pouring myself a glass of wine, too, and finding something spicy to eat along with it. I look forward to following your projects in 2010. Thanks again, Becca

Your "calculations" always give me a chuckle! Gorgeous pictures today!

The crackers and cheese look so good and the chocolate----------! You've got the right idea, Girl.

I wrote a comment on day before yesterday's blog, but for some reason it wouldn't post so guess it wasn't too important anyway. Was probably the day before you took off the restriction.

Love you!
