Hey BJ we think the same. I managed to make a wreath using an old grapevine wreath I had stored away and some silver and red balls that were not being used on the tree.

God bless.

BJ you did such a good job! Just beautiful ♥ I also like Pottery Barn but they are just to expensive. Sometimes I pick up things after the holiday when the price goes down. Your wreath is fabulous! I also love your stove. My brother has one like it and they stay toasty warm. Happy blue Monday.

Not crafty girls unite! I'm gonna make one of those too. :)

Your fireplace area looks great!

To tell you the truth (cuz that's what I do), I think yours looks better than PB's. I don't think you need to change/add a thing! Looks great. So, good job!

All the wreaths are very pretty. You did a super job. They look so nice the way you have them displayed.

Want to come help me? I don't have the first thing done. I've gone shopping, but that's it. And now the season and all of its toing and froing is here! YIKES!

This turned out just as beautiful as the one from Pottery Barn! I like something so much better when I can make it myself for so much less money, plus I have the pride of making it myself.

Gosh, I sure have missed so many of your posts! I spent about a half hour going through your old posts and felt like I was having a too long delayed visit with an old friend! I sure miss not being able to do blog visits as often as I used to.

Things are going well with me. Life is good!

You made a wonderful job of the wreath BJ. I love the after Christmas sales to stock up for the next year, wouldn't miss them for the world (even though I hate the crowds).
We also have the chimney problem with the fire, but fortunately I can wrap mine with tinsel...don't need to light the fire at this time of year in Oz. LOL!
Warmest hugs,
Sandi @ Bearly Sane

Weeelllll I'm impressed with you! I think that wreath is just plain gorgeous! No! Really I do! There is no pottery barn around here..none. I would have to drive a very long distance to one. Grrrrr
Your mantel looks marvelous!

jeanne said...

Hello BJ, clever, clever little ole you. I think yours is 'more beautiful' than the Pottery barn. BY FAR. I am proud of you. There may be hope for me yet. I think I could do that.

Your decorations are looking so pretty. I have started on mine but since we will be in Florida, I will not do as much. CC is in to everything. Especially electric cords. She scares me to death.

Keep up the good work.

Hugs xoxo, Jeanne

bl you made a wonderful copy of the Pottery Barn wreath! I often wonder who can afford their stuff? My favorite time of year to shop for Christmas ornaments is AFTER Christmas ...I just love all the deep discounts and sales :-)

Linda said...

BJ, your wreath is wonderful! You did a great job and only one burn that is excellent...hugs, Linda

Hi BJ-

I like the red you chose better than the ones in the PB wreath. You did a great job!

I think the hot glue gun gets me every time I use it. My sympathies.
