Well now that you mention it, yes I'm hungry for blueberry cobbler as well! lol You did find some wonderful items in your house with "blue" in them and your stained glass parrot doesn't look bad at all, in fact I think you did a great job with it! Love, love, love that quilt your mom made, it's gorgeous!! xoxo

I love that little stained glass bird you made. It's so sweet. I don't think it's ugly at all. Your mom's quilt is very pretty indeed. Oh my gosh that blueberry cobbler looks so delicious. I think I've gained two pounds just looking at the picture LOL Yummy!

LOL you realize if your creation goes to goodwill, it will undoubtedly become someones treasure!

Now, don't be jealous when that happens...LOL :)
Honestly...I think you are judging your creation a bit too harshly, my friend!

That cobbler looked SO delicious.
I reached for blue today...wanted to join in and could not figure out how to do it. I read the directions and..finally gave it up. I will try again though.
I know what you mean about saving things and are not sure why..I do the same thing. I am terrible with clothing also. S'awonder I don't have my old poodle skirt and saddle oxfords!!
Quilts...HOW I love quilts..I have only made one...and NEVER did it again. That was when I finally had to start wearing glasses!
Hugs and love,
Mona

Blueberry cobbler.... you noticed
I went straight to the dessert.
Last summer we bought the BEST blueberries (from the Farmers market)I've ever tasted. I bagged a couple pints and put them in the freezer. I have used them sparingly. I'm down to a couple tablespoons.
So, I'm more than anxious to get more of those blueberries! I just hope that vendor returns or you'll hear a disturbing wailing over the land.

I wanted to let you know I posted my M-day gift ideas. I Hope you can stop by.

Sweet wishes,
Sara

Hi BJ, every time you show us one of your Mom's handmade treasures I am reminded of how talented she must have been. And how blessed you are to have things that her own hands created surrounding you each day!
