HAPPY 45TH BIRTHDAY, DAVID...
*
WE ALL LOVE YOU SO VERY MUCH...
*

(that is NOT a white wart growing on my nose...glare ! *giggle)

I always told DAVID that he would realize just how much we love him when HE became a parent....
I think he now knows that we would give our life for him without even thinking twice...walk across broken glass without asking WHY...turn ourselves wrong side out in a New York Minute for him !!

*
with his daddy.....

with his sis......

with his family.... minus two daughters and a son*in*law ..
*

DAVID, we are all so proud of you, not just for the remarkable man you are....
but just because you're YOU....
You have made us, as parents, so proud that our hearts just almost burst ...you are such a fine son, brother, husband and daddy....your wife and children think you are the VERY BEST !!
In fact...ALL OF US...your entire family, think that you
HUNG THE MOON...
.and that you are about the most handsome fella, EVER !!
*
WE LOVE YOU MORE THAN LIFE ITSELF....
*
HAPPY BIRTHDAY.....and many more !!

YOUR FAMILY !

  1. Okay, now I'm confused. So, do you love David, or not?!!! :) What a precious and proud Mommy you are! Your David is so very blessed to have you in his life and to have known the depths of your love for him. Have a great day, Mommy! Do you remember the first time David called you 'Mommy'? Love you!

  4. Tear in My Eye B.J...I guess you can't wear shirts with buttons either! You are SO right, that until a person has their own child they just don't understand the LOVE..it is SO different! In May my youngest Daughter graduates from our local University...now 27 years old she has finally reached her lifelong DREAM of becoming a teacher! The road has been long for her...severe female problems, and a slight stroke at 25, AND paying for MOST of this herself...And who do you think is going to be a total screaming, jumping, arm waving Mom when she walks across that stage this May? Thanks for letting me share some "MOMMA" pride, and thanks for sharing yours with us...and stop over at my blog...You will want to join the ARMY like I have! Hugs for you...And David!

I love your idea of hanging one on the wall. Love it! I am new to the blog world, but have enjoyed your blog for a while now. Always something fun to see!

  35. What a sweet precious love letter to your son! I feel the same way about mine. I have a love note my son wrote me when he was little on my frig right now and keep it here constantly, he's now 25. He works out of state and I only get to see him a couple months out of the year...so it helps me to feel close to my sons to have things like that. Thanks for such a sweet visit! ~CC Catherine from "Catherine de th'e Cups" ;)
