Happy Blue Monday BJ! Love your rooster pictures but your Christmas Ornaments from the White House are awesome. I've never mentioned that I collect Eggs from the annual White House Easter Egg Roll. Perhaps I'll do a post about them around Easter.

Have a fabulous day!!!

The rooster pictures do belong in your room. Super friend you have!

You may remember that I grew up in DC. When I first saw the blue room at the white house, it was a disappointment because it's white, trimmed in blue, with other blue accents. The red room walls are covered with a rich, red satin material, and I expected the blue room to be the same. I do love the tree, though.

Happy Blue Monday!

BJ! You naughty, naughty girl! LOL You know I'm laughing at the old couple sitting right up there on your post! I'm in love with your rooster pictures too! I'd almost arm wrestle you for them ;) We have a few of these White House Christmas ornaments too! My sister in law always sends us one! They are pretty, aren't they? Now you go and be a sweetie today,
shelia ;)

Good morning BJ, love the fun post today. I especially love the roosters. Oh, I do love them. Three houses ago my breakfast room was all about roosters and hens. My favorite house and room ever. Somewhere there are photos. Someday maybe I will show them.

Love your music. I need to put some Christmas music on now!!!

That couple cracked me up!

You've given me an idea for next Monday's post since I know an artist whose work is hanging on the tree in the blue room of the White House.

Happy Blue Monday to you!

bj, I love those rooster paintings. I had a friend once who collected rooster like things, and I got her a great rug for her kitchen that your paintings reminded me of! I wonder if she still has it? I recently posted my living room Christmas decor - I'd love to know what you think! :)

Hello again BJ, I did know we were Jeanne and Bill - Jeanie and Bill. In all the months we have know each other I have found many things that are alike about us. One thing that is amazingly the same is our description of our parents. We were so blessed to have parents that loved each other and gave their children the most wonderful childhood ever. Lucky us!!!

Love...Jeanne
