TODAY, HISTORY WILL BE MADE...

BE A PART OF IT.....
VOTE...

'Twas the night of elections
And all through the town
Tempers were flaring
Emotions all up and down!
I, in my bathrobe
With a cat in my lap
Had cut off the TV
Tired of political crap.
When all of a sudden
There arose such a noise
I peered out my window
Saw Obama and his boys
They had come for my wallet
They wanted my pay
To give to the others
Who had not worked a day!
He snatched up my money
And quick as a wink
Jumped back on his bandwagon
As I..(WORDS WITHDRAWN 'CAUSE I DIDN'T LIKE 'EM)
He then rallied his henchmen
Who were pulling his cart
I could tell they were out
To tear my country apart!
' On Fannie, on Freddie,
On Biden and Ayers!
On Acorn, On Pelosi'
He screamed at the pairs!
They took off for his cause and as he flew out of sight
I heard him laugh at the nation
Who wouldn't stand up and fight!
So I leave you to think
On this one final note-
IF YOU DON'T WANT SOCIALISM...
GET OUT AND VOTE!!!!

WHO DO WE TRUST ?
If McCain wins the election, there will be a Republican president and Democratic Congress.

If Obama wins the election, there will be a Democratic president and Democratic Congress.

If McCain wins the election, Congress will keep him in line.

If Obama wins the election, I hope the democrats don’t run rampant making changes without thinking them through. Do you trust them? Sorry to say, I do not !!!!

McCain was awarded a Silver Star Medal for resisting "extreme mental and physical cruelties" inflicted upon him by his captors from late October to early December 1967, the early months of his captivity, according to the citation. The North Vietnamese, according to the Navy, ignored international agreements and tortured McCain "in an attempt to obtain military information and false confessions for propaganda purposes."

**********************************************************************************

JOHN McCAIN LOVES HIS COUNTRY...OUR COUNTRY...
HE HAS PROVEN THIS AND IS STILL PROVING IT !!

I ASK YOU TO PLEASE GIVE HIM YOUR VOTE TODAY. TO NOT VOTE IS GIVING THE VOTE TO SENATOR OBAMA....PLEASE, PLEASE VOTE !

IT IS IN YOUR VERY BEST INTEREST AND IN THE BEST INTEREST OF OUR BEAUTIFUL, BELOVED UNITED STATES....
*******************************
I hope you have a wonderful and blessed day
PLEASE REMEMBER that I LOVE YOU whether you are REPUBLICAN or DEMOCRAT !!
and I hope you still love me when WE win !!! ;O)

Hi BJ...darn, I wish you'd say how you really feel about this election...HAHA...girl, now the nail biting and agony begins, huh! My DH's 76 yr. old sister voted for the FIRST time in her entire life and we liked to have had heart attacks when she said who she voted for...I'm thinking we will disown her! ;-) Bo

I was #20 to vote this morning and stood in line almost an hour to do so. We got there about 6:15. The line was long behind me but what a privilege it was to vote. May I leave you with my words of wisdom--when your in the booth, by your self with no one to answer to but God--do the right thing. Vote for the right man & woman. God bless you BJ and GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Great poem! I'm on my way to cast my vote, and thanking God for the privilege to do so.

Once we vote, we will rest in the Soverignty of God and in praying for our nation and our leaders. Oh God, please have mercy on your people!!!!!

BJ,I so admire your post today. I hope 'we' win but I am worried. I will be supportive of our country's leaders no matter what, and that's the way it should be. Unfortunately there are many on the left that do not support our leaders instead they tear them down. I call that Un-American and that is the scary part. My prayers are for McCain/Palin to win this race. I am hoping for the best. A great post!!

Hugs...Jeanne

Loved the poem & loved your last line! On that we can agree. ;o)

To be honest, I have concerns no matter who wins so I just have to cast my vote & hope/pray for the best.

I voted on the second day of early voting. I didn't want to take the chance and be in an accident and not have my vote count! And of course, I voted for McCain! Now all we have to do is hope most of the polls are wrong!

Hugs,
Cyndy
