Just to say I feel a little better today; some of the meds tend to upset my tummy so that makes for feeling yucky at times.

I have a lot to "get over" this time....6 new incisions on my legs (worked on veins and arteries and did by-passes) and the BIGGIE, from breast bone to pelvis in order to work on the Aortia.

My eyes still don't seem to be focusing well...maybe it's the meds or being put under for so long....
I can't concentrate on things very long yet....but it will all come back. Just time will do it, I think.

I do hope YOUR day is going so good......
xo bj

Hi BJ!! I'm so glad you're home and feeling better. Everyone was so worried about you. Poor thing - don't over exert yourself. You're in my prayers for a fast recovery. Since you left - I started a blog and am having the most wonderful time. People in Blogland are so nice! Remember me as Picklepoo from RMS?
Well, you go take a little rest and I'll be back to check on you tomorrow.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

Dearest Jean, you just don't know how glad I am that you're home and slowly improving. I thank God for your recovery along with you. Please be patient and allow yourself plenty of time to recover and gain your strength back. You've been through so much it's going to take some time. When you're feeling up to it I'll come over and teach you a new game just the two of us can play. It's not too strenuous and doesn't require too much thinking or I couldn't do it. It's good to see your blog working again even if you don't feel like writing much. I love you!
Love and prayers!

Oh my, I knew you had to be going through a lot with such a lengthy hospital stay. I am just so thankful to see you here again.

Take it easy on yourself. In the long run, you will be stronger for taking things slowly. The body truly is a miraculous machine, and thank God for the excellent medical care we have available to us in our country.

Just imagine yourself enveloped in soft, gentle hugs from everyone who loves you. We will share our strength with you as you continue to heal.

Hi Sweet BJ , bless your heart. I know it is rough when you get your props knocked out from under you .The eye focus thing must be from being put under , because I had that problem too. I couldn't write very well for a while also. Although I didn't have the same surgery as you did. Get strong honey, don't even think about answering this comment back.

Oh BJ, my dear friend, I knew you went through a lot but didn't have any idea how much you endured. Please take it very easy. One step at a time. It is SO good to hear from you. I continue to pray for you. I won't stop! The sweet rooster plate is where I can't miss it from just about most of my house. I breathe a prayer for you everytime I pass by or look at it. Wish I lived close enough to stop by and do something for you. ~Adrienne~

Just simply want to say, "Bravo dear lady, for being an inspiration to the rest of us and going through such an intensive amount of surgeries and yet never uttering a word about it beforehand..." You stayed UPBEAT right up to your last posting before your surgeries...what a girl!!! Hugs, Brown-Eyes

You've been through a lot this past week, my friend, so of course it will take time for your body to recover. Take it one day at a time and just concentrate on healing. With all of us praying for you, you should be 100% in no time at all:-) xoxo

Dear BJ~ I just saw a note, to the right of Gollum's column, re "mending". I had to see who needed "extra prayers", so came here, and lo and behold, it is YOU, my old friend from the "ORIGINAL", OLD and then VERY FUN RMS days! I will try to find out some other way why you have been hospitalized, etc., but please know you will be in my prayers for a full recovery, and very SOON indeed. Am so sorry you have had to go thru any pain, when you bring such joy and happiness to others. You ARE in my prayers, starting right now! Sincerest warm wishes to you, Linda (AKA "Mom..." at RMS)

Hi BJ,
If you have a moment please stop by my blog. We are in a crisis because of the situation with my Mom's nursing home and I'm asking my blogging girlfriends to read my post and see if you are interested in sending a little note.

BJ, I knew whatever you had done was serious. These days no one stays in the hospital as long as you did without a serious surgery. I have been really worried about you. Stay in the 'get well' mode and stay calm and quiet. You will need to take care for a few weeks.

Blessings with love, Jeanne
