It is sad when the bird fly's away from the nest. Just like when our childern leave home. Happy Birthday to your daughter!! OH I just went over to Lavender Hill I thought of you the second I read black and white checks. I was going to tell you but noticed you posted a comment. I had a Morning Dove who made a nest on top my deck Pergola. I went out today to see how she was doing.. well she is gone from the nest and there are no eggs there. I just wonder what happen? Maybe she never laid any eggs..

Oh BJ...I just read what you wrote me on my tribute to mama...I can barely see the keyboard with tears streaming down my face..I guess as kids we all hate to see our parents grow older...I read your words and my spirit said "she's right you know...they will be happier" I can't deny that daddy especially seems to be so relieved...he has always had a big yard and he works so hard to maintain everything and all the upkeep and Insurance and even the Homeowners fees are outrageous..You see..it has always been my greatest fear to face the day when I have to say goodbye to my parents..even though I know we will meet again.....and I know God will see me thru and yes the sun will shine again and the world will keep turning...but how on earth will I fill the hole in my heart...there are no words that can help me at that time...sorry..didn't mean to go on so dear friend..I have just been so emotional these past few weeks...but I do so thank you girl for what you said...It has made me admit to myself that it is for the best...I love you sweet BJ and I may never see you this side of heaven but I thank God that I have been blessed to know you...call my name dear friend.

Thank you to all who wished me a happy birthday! It was a wonderful day spent with mom and dad. They brought 2 fruit trees out and planted them for me, so that in years to come, whenever i eat the fruit from those trees, I will forever remember that day!
