THANKSGIVING LUNCH AT SCHOOL....YUMMY !!
When you've been invited to "Come to school and eat Thanksgiving dinner with us, Memaw", by your 10 year old twin granddaughters, there is NO WAY the food could have tasted any better !! :) How blessed I am!
Good Morning BJ, Well, I see there is no way you can resist a meal like that especially with the grandkids. They don't have anything like that here for our kids. Parents can go eat lunch with them whenever they want to though. If you have time today, stop by. I have something for all my blogging friends. It's just a little something I wanted everyone to have. I want to wish you and yours a "HAPPY THANKSGIVING". I am going to start my things in a bit. I'm out visiting for a while now. Take care my friend and have a great Wendesday. May God Bless You and Yours.
Hugs, Karen H. P.S. Sorry about giving the wrong link yesterday. I was on the phone with hubby and trying to read at the same time. Well, you probably know how that is. LOL.
Wow, school dinners now there's a thought. Most of mine ended up being carefully placed in a paper bag that my sweeties had come in and was then thrown in the school bin! I hated them. I was far too fussy and must have... well I know I did do..... drive my parents mad. It was great to get such a lovely invite from your twin granddaughters though. How proud you must be. I hope, but I know it will never happen over here, the schools are so underfunded. God bless. xx
Hi BJ!! I have missed a few of your posts and had to catch up! How wonderful that you got to share Thanksgiving dinner at school! I totally loved the Maxine comic...I share that sentiment! LOL
How was the prom? Sorry I couldn't go but Angie from Scrapnmoms took my date!! Happy Thanksgiving! Love, Robin
Hello! I have been out traveling around the blog world and I came across yours. I am a grandmother as well, so I'm sure it was the best Thanksgiving meal, especially when its with your grandchildren. Thank you for sharing and Happy Thanksgiving. Michele
My daughters had their turkey dinner for hot lunch yesterday. That's so nice that they include grandparents and parents to the school to eat with the kids.
