I don't even know why I like this old, black wicker chair....but, I do. That little pillow in front says "You can buy big busoms but a sense of humor is a gift from God." Ha, haaa..I love that~
I LOVE MACKENZIE-CHILDS !!!!!!!! This 3 qt. tea kettle is the only nice piece that I own.
I WANT MORE; like, I want a collection but it's waaaay too expensive. It's all so pretty to me, tho.
I LOVE BOXES...especially round boxes. The red one on the bottom is a vintage hat box and the rest of them are newer boxes.
This very old, cast iron clock belonged to my mother. She got it from her Aunt so many years ago. It sits on my red hutch in my dining room and it chimes on the hour and half hour. It's a wind up clock and I am just amazed that the original key is still around. I guard it with my life.....
This crystal lamp with prisms is in my guest bedroom and I check each guest's suitcase when they leave....just in case they loved this little sparkly lamp as much as I do !!!!!!!! :)

Love the pics of your pretty things. You make me want to be a collecter, which i am not. However, we do have a kitchen full of roosters and chickens of all colors and kinds. Hey, that does make me a collector! Happy blogging,
Such beautiful things! I love them all too, especially the round New York hat boxes!

Hi, my friend. You have so many beautiful things. That tea kettle is the perfect piece in your kitchen and all your other treasures have "you" written all over them. The pillow is really cute.

I love your favorite things post...I got my daughter that very same little pillow for her 16th birthday, when she was so sure she'd never get "a bust". Now she has both...a sense of humor and a chest...

I'm so so glad you started this blog BJ, you have so many lovely treasures to share, and I LOVE that black wicker chair too, I don't usually care that much for wicker chairs, but something about that one makes me want it in my bedroom!
