ReplyDeleteWell, we can get brandy snaps in the UK, and ginger biscuits, and even stem ginger biscuits - but I don't think I've ever seen ginger snaps on sale over here. They do sound rather wonderful, though, lol lol lol.

ReplyDeleteGinger snaps sounds so good. Mr.Z. bought some from $-Store(not Texas snaps) and they are pretty hot. He will not eat them. Maybe they would be good crumbled up on peach ice cream. Think I will go try that.

I love ginger snaps.....when I was young my grandpa worked in a cookie factory in Boston. When we would visit he always had a brown paper bag of broken cookies for me. The first cookies I would pick out we're the ginger snaps! I always tell my kids that I was raised on broken cookies!
