Tailgating TARTAN STYLE

I wanted to play in the TARTAN PARADE over at SARAH'S
and, having NO plaids around Sweet Nothings,
I decided to use OLDEN photos on a NEW post for her party.
This plaid throw is all I could come up with for the party...
...but I have FABULOUS foods for the TAILGATE.

On this lovely summer day, I loaded up the back of my white SUV with all the cutie things I could find.

The awesome PICNIC BASKET with the red checked lining was a prize I won from our sweet
MICHAEL LEE several years ago.

See that bright BLUE PICNIC BASKET ...?
I bought it years and years ago at the BEST Estate Sale.

The BLUE BAND CROCK was bought about 10 years ago at the MARSHALL POTTERY FACTORY.
Wine and BLACK FOREST HAM and Provolone cheese SANDWICHES...
CHIPS
PICKLES

              RIPE, RED PEARS

Thanks for coming along on the
TARTAN TAILGATING ....
Be sure to check things out at THE TARTAN PARADE.
I hope your SUNDAY and new week are filled with
ALL KINDS OF SWEET PLEASURES.
XOXO

  4. Hi bj, Somehow I was thinking you would have lots of tartans, even though you live where the heat probably makes winter scarves and woolen blankets unnecessary! I think tartans and black and white usually work very well together! Well, your blanket and picnic basket are wonderful and I would love to have that scrumptious lunch! Linda
