Hope your week-end is great.
We have had 80 plus temps all week......we having thunder boomers right now. I need one of thus thunder shirts for me and the doggies.
Mail me a hotdog when you get to Pink's!
ReplyDeleteOh that shelf is amazing!! Can't wait to see what you do with it and how you make it your very own.
I had a hot dog for lunch today! Your shelf is coming along nicely! Ask Mr. Sweet if he mails things to Philly:@)
ReplyDeleteI love a good hot dog and would definitely go to this place if I ever get out to LA again. Nice shelf, I really wish you would consider renting out Mr. Sweet! xo
ReplyDeleteI have been there. I posted about it...Dec 2010. It was way fun...and there is a line...people honk while you are waiting.
ReplyDeleteBut there was no one famous there the day I was there!!
You should go sometime!!
Is that the hot dog stand that's in a commercial right now? Maybe Bank of America or something?
ReplyDeleteAt any rate, it looks like a fun place with character. And the food looks good too!
Your shelf is going to be wonderful when you finish. Love it!
Love love hot dogs...I use to watch Matlock and I would have my hotdog ready, because I knew he would eat one before the show was over. That way I didn't have to get up to fix one. lol!
ReplyDeleteLove this Post! Your shelf is really coming along fast, thanks to the Mister! Have a good weekend my friend! Hugs
You hubby is a man of many talents. I do believe he could make anything he wanted to. I am sure he really wanted to make this tho. You might stop doing all that wonderful cooking.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun Pink post! I love that shelf and your hubby is so talented. Now for the painting! You can do it! hugs, Linda
ReplyDeleteSo that's what a real hotdog looks like!
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to seeing the finished shelf all hung in your entry. Your Mr Sweet is so clever.

Hi bj, No worries about visiting. You know I have spells where I do not have time to visit as well. I totally understand being busy!!!
ReplyDeleteLove the Pink hotdog stand and your pink post. We love hotdogs but eat less of them now.

Hi BJness! Love your pink hotdog post! You're always making me hungry. Pop on over to my blog as I have a surprise for you - it's late so forgive me.
ReplyDeleteBe a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Earl was looking over my shoulder and wanted to make sure I passed along his admiration for Mr. Sweet's workmanship! It's fabulous BJ! maybe he should start building them and selling them for $1000 himself! lol
ReplyDeleteIsn't the Fonz looking his usual handsome cheeky self! He has weathered well! And he looks quite at home in the Pink's world! An interesting collection of photos!
ReplyDeleteI've heard of Pink's and would LOVE to go there! Give me a hotdog over a hamburger any day in the week.
ReplyDeleteFun photos!
BJ! Come back and look. I redid your snap. Somehow I had elongated and now it's looks wonderful. Now did I put those pink ball earrings on your tiny ears? It's been so long ago, I forget! You know me, I'm a silly.
ReplyDeleteBe a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
G´day Mrs Bj,
ReplyDeleteWow! I mostly appreciate what your DH done. A wonderful DH will multi-tasking, isn't he?
Happy SSS both of you.
Blessings,
/CC
I like hot dogs, but prefer mine nearly straight up, just a thin strip of mustard - I trust I could get a stripped dog there. And see a famous person or two while in the neighborhood!
ReplyDeleteAn excellent paint and art job you exhibit in that shelf-nice
Here's a puzzler: How come pink things don't make pink shadows?
ReplyDeleteShifting Shadows
I have never been big on hotdogs. I might like these since it is from a pink building.
ReplyDeletePink's looks like a great place for a hot dog.
ReplyDeleteYour shelf is awesome. I am sure you will enjoy it very much!
Happy Sunday!
You DID reach back in time for that pink post! Indeedy do you did!
ReplyDeleteYour Mr. Sweet did a fantastic job on that shelf..a bit of painters tape, attach the mirrors, knobs..and YOU are one lucky gal. Please do take a photo of your entry so we can see what it looks like up on the wall. I'm getting all ready to swoon here! :)
We saw a Pink's while in L.A. but didn't get to stop...too many places to go and see. Love your shelf...your Mr. is a fast woodworker. Mine made me a bread box last week...I'll have to post a picture.Smiles to You, Susie(She Junks)
ReplyDeleteI love your post. This was really fun.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day,
~Jean
Wow, this was a great post, lots of fun.
ReplyDeleteThanks
What fun readin about Pink's!! I'm so looking forward to seeing your finished shelf by Mr. Sweet.
ReplyDeleteNever heard of pinks so thank you for the introduction.
ReplyDeleteLove the shelf your sweet husband made for you!! Amazing.
Let's all meet for a Dog!! I love places with such history! Beautiful post!
ReplyDeleteJ
What a fun post to read!
ReplyDeletePink is a great color..and I don't care what those naysayers are talking about. ;-)
You made me want to go and get some hot dogs to have this week. We don't eat them too much, even though we like them.
Mr. Sweet is indeed talented. Nice shelf!
Hope you have a sweet week, BJ!
Your shelf is going to be the talk of blogland!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe the price of hot dogs. Over 4 dollars a lb for the all beef! Not such a cheap meal anymore! I guess we will be eating Ramen noodles at cookouts instead of hot doga and hamburgers! :)
Looks like fun! So great to have you be a part of Seasonal Sundays. Hope you'll join me this week too.
ReplyDelete- The Tablescaper
I've never actually eaten at PINK'S but I'm eager to. Even if amazing Tori Spelling prefers this place to eat then it must be something great!
