PINK'S

HOT DOGS......

I reached BACK IN TIME for this post that is
FULL OF PINK
I've heard about PINK'S HOT DOG STAND for a long time now...
if ever i get the chance to go to LA again, I hope to stop by for one of their famous hotdogs....

nearly as old as MOI.....
 THE FONZ enjoying a famous hot dog or two....
I love this pink sign and I love HOT DOGS...How cute is this !!

I've been told...and I'm sure it's true that there's always long lines at PINKS...
Well...YUM !
and it makes a FABULOUS SHADOW SHOT

Mr. Sweet finished the shelf last night and now I'M IN THE PINK....
  and it is so pretty and he did such a great job, I am sooo proud of it...
It's just beautiful and it's not even finished.

Next comes the priming, painting, painting the stripes ( HUGE GULP ! )
the pretty mirrors, the brass balls on top at each corner (these have been ordered from Restoration Hardware and they are sooo pretty )
and the 5 brass coat knobs.

 It won't be ANY time until I have this hanging in my entry way......
       ♥♥♥sigh

    Love your shelf. Where will you get the mirrors.
    Thanks for the info on the camera. Your new camera must have been the Cannon. I have a Kodak Easy Share.......yours must be a new or better model as my pictures don'tcome out like that. Do you photo shop.
    Hope your week-end is great.
    We have had 80 plus temps all week......we having thunder boomers right now. I need one of thus thunder shirts for me and the doggies.

  5. I have been there. I posted about it...Dec 2010. It was way fun...and there is a line...people honk while you are waiting.
    But there was no one famous there the day I was there!!

  6. Is that the hot dog stand that's in a commercial right now? Maybe Bank of America or something?

    At any rate, it looks like a fun place with character. And the food looks good too!

  7. Love love hot dogs...I use to watch Matlock and I would have my hotdog ready, because I knew he would eat one before the show was over. That way I didn't have to get up to fix one. lol!

    Love the Pink hotdog stand and your pink post. We love hotdogs but eat less of them now.

  25. I like hot dogs, but prefer mine nearly straight up, just a thin strip of mustard - I trust I could get a stripped dog there. And see a famous person or two while in the neighborhood!

  30. We saw a Pink's while in L.A. but didn't get to stop...too many places to go and see. Love your shelf...your Mr. is a fast woodworker. Mine made me a bread box last week...I'll have to post a picture.Smiles to You, Susie(She Junks)

    I can't believe the price of hot dogs. Over 4 dollars a lb for the all beef! Not such a cheap meal anymore! I guess we will be eating Ramen noodles at cookouts instead of hot doga and hamburgers! :)
