THRIFTING is always fun for me...
but sometimes, you really STRIKE PAY DIRT
and then it's MEGA fun.. ♥
The above pitcher is PICADILLY CHICKEN PITCHER
It sells for ♫♪ $100.00 ♪♪
Yep...there I was, just walking thru the thrift store and, loving black and white like I do, I spied this sweet little pitcher from across the room....
our eyes met...
my pulse beat faster...
violins started playing...
I started swaying...

I picked it up, turned it over, and not having my glasses on...
I couldn't read it....but, what the heck...I wanted it.

When I got to the car, got my glasses on...
"Mackenzie Childs...2007"
I found it at SALVATION ARMY THRIFT STORE for
$1.50
that's ONE DOLLAR AND FIFTY CENTS, YA'LL
I was doin' the happy dance so hard and fast, I nearly fell down and dropped it before I could get to the check-out counter.
Now...this is NOT my favorite pattern of Mackenzie Childs
and this piece isn't one I look at and fall in love all over again.
But....it kind of wears on ya...it looks fabulous mixed in with my
other pieces so.....
I AM HAPPY.
