I made a POTATO SALAD,
using their APPLE POPPYSEED DRESSING
that was really great.
ummm...I've made it several times since.

a large spoon of REAL MAYO .. or enough to make your salad the consistency you like..
About A HALF CUP of the
GIRARD'S APPLE POPPYSEED DRESSING
I always leave the potato skin on any time that I can..
Cubed potatoes and boiled until tender but not falling apart..
while they cool...
chop fresh onion (I used the sweet VADAHLIAS)
a tiny bit of sweet pickle relish
chopped FUJI apples, with the skin left on....(I feel safe in saying this wouldn't be nearly as good with ANY OTHER APPLE !!)
Salt and pepper to taste...Cubed potatoes and boiled until tender but not falling apart..
while they cool...

Ooo...new flavors! These dressings are so delish! I always leave the potato skins on too when I can. I leave them on when I make mashed potatoes. I like the texture and I figure a little extra fiber can't hurt! Your salads look so good!!! We've had the little guys here all weekend, I can barely move. They wear me out and you should see this house...such a mess:)

Girard's dressings have always been our favorite... Especially love the lite champagne..mmmmmm takes any food to a higher level!
The white balsamic seems a mystery to me, yet appealing in concept - it sounds like it would work on a mesclun salad with fresh summer tomatoes, a cross between tart and mild...
The Venice Italian would pair well with anything and including a fine Gorgonzola as an accompaniment!
All I know about potato or pasta salads is that they must be dressed when warm, then chilled. The potato and apple mixture is a wonderful blend i word - and I am sure in taste, too...
