It takes such a little to make me soooo happy...
like this adorable RED and WHITE vintage tablecloth that my
sweet, sister friend, JEANNE from BACKYARD NEIGHBOR
sent to me back in the summer.
It's so cheery...a bright spot in my dining room and I just love it..

I went to GOODWILL today...
just a brief, stop-in-and-see-what-treasure-is-waiting-for-me type thing, you know.
I began to hyperventilate when I spied this
ADORABLE white set with black letters...
Now some of you might know of my obsession with
anything DISH that's WHITE with BLACK LETTERING..
I grabbed this little set up so fast, I nearly threw it through the ceiling..

let's hear it for GOODWILL...
It was all taped together and I never did see the markings on the bottom
until I got home...
I said great balls of fire...
give me a HIGH FIVE !!
just the words POTTERY BARN
sets my heart to thumpin'..
I couldn't find the set I bought in the PB catalogs
but this little condiment set is similar and it sells
for $39.00

it just takes such a little.....:))

Don't you just LOVE a bargain! You sure scored big time. The best part is, you got them because you like them, not because they were PB items. Then, discovering where they came from when you got home, put icing on the cake.
In poking around you blog, I saw that you have little musical notes by one of your lines. I went into the source page and stole the code. Hope you don't mind. I will be using them in my next post. Do let me know if you'd rather I didn't use them.

They are very cute! You know PB is way overpriced. I only shop the outlet and wait for the sale there! I cringe when I hear people paid full price for things I get for a few dollars!

I have the same set and use it every day. It was around $30 if I remember right -- I worked at PB one Christmas, so I used my discount! You were quite lucky to find this. PB only had them in the stores for a short time.
