Gathering and washing the beautiful
CHRISTMAS HOLLY
to place all around our 
CHRISTMAS House...
Getting all ready for the family to arrive for fun tonight..
CHRISTMAS EVE NIGHT.
HASH BROWN CASSEROLE
ready for the fridge...
and to be baked this evening for our dinner of
OVEN BAKED ROLLED RUMP ROAST
NATURAL GRAVY
GARDEN GREEN SALAD
MACK AND CHEESE (of COURSE)
SHRIMP COCKTAIL
FRUIT SALAD
HOT ROLLS
TEA AND COFFEE
CHOCOLATE FUDGE BUNDT CAKE with VANILLA BEAN ICE CREAM
KEY LIME PIE
PUMPKIN PIE with WHIPPED CREAM
4 KINDS OF HOMEMADE CANDIES
OATMEAL COOKIES
and MORE coffee !!
Goodies from the freezer....
We've all kinds of great dips and appetizers..
Store bought little CHRISTMAS TREE CAKES
because....
we ALL love them, especially the grands.

 Gathering ingredients for the BEST
homemade salsa..served with BLUE CORN CHIPS..
Stopping for a nice BIG glass of egg nog...
whoops...
TOO much egg nog ??
NAWHHH......I never put the NOG in my Egg Nog. :)))..just a sprinkling of NUTMEG.
NOW THEN....much better.
hahhhaaaa...such a fun time of the year..
Well, wouldn't you know....
all the leaves are falling off my beautiful 
CHRISTMAS flower...
*sigh...nothing to do but fill in with
CHRISTMAS HOLLY.

  6. ..sadly BJ - we will start the new Year with a series of surgeries. I keep my Equus Villa blog updated with all of that.

    This will be the first Christms Eve where we will not get to visit with family. Our oldest daughter is now in Miss. with her family. Youngest and her boy friend are coming to visit tomorrow afternoon... both Don and I are working today too... :0(

  24. Sounds like a wonderful evening! We don't do Cmas Eve, so I am in my work clothes, WORKING! Tomorrow, it is pack the car with the gifts and food, and over the river and head towards NYC to son's house. Stop 30 min before you get to the city though! :)
    I made those clams you love, :), and tomorrow the shrimp will get francaised! Hey! you said you never eat seafood and you are having shrimp cocktail!
