I WAS out running errands all morning long.....driving here, driving there... getting things DONE...
stopped at a deli for a BAKED POTATO and GREEN SALAD...
ate 'til i was nice and full.....
begin thinking of all the things i NEEDED to get done.....

but...*yawn....uh, oh....i'm full and starting to get SLEEPY....
BOTH of my new magazines have ORGANIZE all over them.....so.....i sure have several area of my cottage that NEED ORGANIZATION....
"i need to do THAT today", i thought...
uhhh, but then I saw THIS....
AND, this......my electric mattress cover...oooooo, it makes the bed so warm.....
and it's so COLD out today.....
well....maybe just for an hour....ONE hour of sleep isn't gonna make the world quit turning...
SO....this is what I did for a large part of the afternoon...
AND IT WAS SO SO SO GOOD !!!

and, OF COURSE, I woke up HUNGRY...
ever had a slice of warm APPLE PIE with a slice of SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE melted on top ??

Why is t when we take an evening nap we wake up hungry? i do that too. now I love Apple pie,but never had with cheese. Is that a Texas thang hehe?

I took an afternoon nap the other day and couldn't get tpo sleep that night! Seems I can sleep in the daytime or the night time but not both. Followed by apple pie? That sounds like a perfect day:>)

For me it's potato salad - and I made a dish yesterday! Not a good thing (though delicious) because I ate way too much .... tomorrow is D Day! Or W-I Day if you will.

Not fair, I had to get up early, start my car in -2F temperatures and go bring my mom grocery shopping...I would have much rather been doing what you did! hehe I'm hoping that tomorrow I don't have to go out at all and I'll be able to enjoy a lazy day as well:-) xoxo

It sounds like you had a perfect day. I would love a piece of warm apple pie, can you send some my way? lol. I noticed everything is about getting organized this month, even when I went into Walmart, they have the plastic totes out everywhere. Not my idea of fun though.
What is it about eating and feeling tired? On the weekends when I have a lot to do I won't let myself eat too much because it does make me tired. There nothing better then a nap on a cold or rainy day.
I have NEVER had apple pie with cheese. Never could figure out why anyone would want to! lol
