Beautiful pictures, I just love roosters. When I redecorated my MIL kitchen in NC, I did it in Roosters. It was so pretty. Love those frames too, Thanks for telling me about that site, now I have shared the info with so many other people. Now, if you don't mind, I'm seeing ths little snow on so many blogs, where does that come from? :)

Hi BJ...That old couple in the first picture seem somewhat familiar...hmmmm. LOL... I love the TV specials where they show all the Christmas decor in the White House...hope I haven't missed this year. Those fabulous rooster pictures were made for your home and now they've come home to roost! Luv ya, ♥ Bo
ReplyDeleteHappy Blue Monday BJ! Love your rooster pictures but your Christmas Ornaments from the White House are awesome. I've never mentioned that I collect Eggs from the annual White House Easter Egg Roll. Perhaps I'll do a post about them around Easter.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day!!!

ReplyDeleteThe rooster pictures do belong in your room. Super friend you have!
ReplyDeleteYou may remember that I grew up in DC. When I first saw the blue room at the white house, it was a disappointment because it's white, trimmed in blue, with other blue accents. The red room walls are covered with a rich, red satin material, and I expected the blue room to be the same. I do love the tree, though.
Happy Blue Monday!
BJ! You naughty, naughty girl! LOL You know I'm laughing at the old couple sitting right up there on your post! I'm in love with your rooster pictures too! I'd almost arm wrestle you for them ;) We have a few of these White House Christmas ornaments too! My sister in law always sends us one! They are pretty, aren't they? Now you go and be a sweetie today,
ReplyDeleteshelia ;)
What a beautiful tree that is in the White House. Each year, the team of decorators seem to outdo themselves.

ReplyDeleteYou've given me an idea for next Monday's post since I know an artist whose work is hanging on the tree in the blue room of the White House.
Happy Blue Monday to you!
BJ! Those roosters are fab! I really like those and I think they are perfect in "your" room.

ReplyDeleteHello again BJ, I did know we were Jeanne and Bill - Jeanie and Bill. In all the months we have know each other I have found many things that are alike about us. One thing that is amazingly the same is our description of our parents. We were so blessed to have parents that loved each other and gave their children the most wonderful childhood ever. Lucky us!!!
