J.O.Y.

HI, YA'LL

Lots of fun parties going on this week....
This is a great party that requires us to use FOUR of our OWN photos
used in previous posts that would make super NOTE CARDS.

My cards, this month, are entitled
J.O.Y.
"I cannot even imagine where I would be today were it not for that handful of friends who have given me a heart full of JOY.
Let's face it, friends make life a lot more fun."
Charles R. Swindoll
"JOY is a net of love by which you can catch souls."
Mother Teresa
"Find a place inside where there's JOY, and the JOY will burn out the pain."
Joseph Campbell
"A sense of humor... is needed armor.
JOY in one's heart and some laughter on one's lips is a sign that the person down deep has a pretty good grasp of life."
H. Sidey
ALSO joining the parties,

I enjoyed seeing your notecards, BJ. I especially liked the last photo. That pink cake is pretty and knowing what a good cook you are, I'm sure it's scrumptious as well!

BJ...you take the best photos, I can't imagine that you'd have a hard time finding the perfect one for this party! These are just perfect for the holidays!

Thank you so much for your emails about my sweetie. He is doing better with each day. I wish it were me...I hate to see anyone in pain. This is a Christmas we will remember so I am trying to balance the good with the not so good, if you know what I mean. Happy Holidays to you...I hope we touch base again before Christmas!

Jane

What a lovely way to start the day! Such pretty photos. Makes me feel guilty, as I sit here in my ratty flannel pj's, drinking coffee from a chipped mug, in a room that needs cleaning. Sigh.

My favorite is the first one, but love them all and the quotes are perfect.
Happy Christmas.

Wonderful, BJ!
Joy. What a blessed gift. I realized the other day (duh) that when I feel His Presence I ALWAYS feel joy.
Joy unspeakable and full of glory.
Filling me up, spilling out all over.
Hallelujah!

Hi Bj...JOY is good, we all need a smidge right about now. We need to enjoy our family and friends and hold them tight. That sounds like a fun little party.
