This is a light lunch and with few calories - the crackers for that satisfying crunch, the ham for the salty flavor and the fruit to add sweetness to the salty and a hint of fiber too. Nicely done!

I do love a girly lunch,when MrLoblolly goes out of town to his hunting club in middle Georgia,I may not even turn the stove on for four days,and next weekend begins the annual hunting travels.
